Paolo Nutini Last Night In The Bittersweet North American tour. "Everywhere" performed live at the Showbox, Seattle, Washington on March 19, 2023.
Back story:
The video starts when he restarted the song after being interrupted by a noisy group in the audience who he vehemently reprimanded into silence . The sigh at the beginning was him gathering his composure to carry on. Well done, Paolo!

I saw him at this show. He was frustrated by people talking and yelling at him while he was trying to sing. He walked off the stage-then came back and sang this song. I would see him again and again.

A group in the audience were being obnoxious and talking and when he started the quiet song they were totally distracting. He only got a few seconds into the song when he stopped and cussed them out quite effectively. He looked pissed and took a few to regain composure. Rest of the show went on great although you could tell he wasn’t in a great mood after that.
