So, when Prince Maximillian of Liechtenstein married Angela Brown, an ordinary girl of African descent, the entire European royalty of the time was shocked. It was the first time in history that someone from a royal European family married someone of African descent. How did the couple fight for love? What happened to them after 24 years? This title of this video isnt quite accurate. She has African heritage or ancestry but she is from Panama which has a criolla heritage meaning she has African, and probably indigenous Panamanian and Spanish heritage. She and her husband are lovely! Every time I have seen her featured somewhere she always seemed to be so and kind and gracious, a woman to be a role model for sure! Continuously wish them all the best!

I get tired of all the negativity that everyone puts out in the universe. It makes me happy to see that Two people even though things may have been hard for them. They overcame it because they loved each other and were willing to put up with whatever they had to put up with. People are prejudiced about anybody not just the color of your skin. It can be anything you want to make it into something. Skin color is not the only prejudice thing that we have trouble with. I try to look at people as the people they are.

God Bless them. I wish all people were like them. I think it would be a beautiful place to live in. There would be no hate just love. No, jealousy, I married a man out of my race and I was treated horribly by people of my husband's. My family disowned me,, and I lost two jobs. It was hell. What's worse is that we ended up getting separated 3 times. The last time was for good. This was in the 70's and 80's. I finally began to live in peace in the late 90's. Never remarried. Once was enough. If I knew it would be like this now, I would've waited.

@BrokeDadProductions I saw the movie "A United Kingdom". A true story set in the 1940/50s. A black African prince who married a common white English girl. She was accepted by his people, but he renounced his throne to form a democracy and gain independence from South Africa.

She descends from the DeSouza family of Portugal with a female ancestor of African descent. I would love to see that union become widely taught and embraced.
