Love the Pista!! Before I preferred the 458 Speciale, but after I drove the 488 Pista that belongs to a friend, with direct exhaust and with all electronic aids turned off, it is without a doubt one of the most fun and aggressive cars I have ever driven and I work with sports cars for almost 15 years
The 488 Pista engine scared me at first time, crazy power on top revs, and very smooth transitions from the idle to the top, unbelievable work on these twin turbo engines to be so gentle exactly when you need. Really like your videos. 🏆
@@anthonyromano6921 no is not!! The Pista is way more fun and better than the Speciale, the F8 is great! The 296 and SF90 better and more fun than any normal Ferrari in the last few decades! Who say is downhill not drive the cars only see videos, i work with Ferraris since the 430 and now the cars are better than never more fun, more gorgeous
Technically not the most powerful mid-engined Ferrari V8, as the SF90 ICE beats it by 60bhp (plus of course the electric power too), but a mere 720 horses are surely enough! I love the Pista but I know a bunch of people who had one on order and were a little annoyed when the F8 Tributo, with the same power and improved tech and styling, was announced a year before they'd even got a delivery date for their now superseded cars. At least the effect on values has now stabilized. The dual-clutch F1 transmission actually came out with the first California in 2007 and then the 458, several years before the F12. Given the strong environmental movement in California I'm always slightly amazed that many drivers on the West Coast are so anti Auto-Stop. I remember when the air in LA and SF was literally yellow! It's not like a modern Ferrari isn't going to start back up!
It’s hard to believe a Ferrari would have an auto start/stop feature to preserve gas. You are driving a high performance street race car. A Ferrari buyer doesn’t care about his fuel conservation…how annoying.
You Dino Ferrari gelb for my y warting this cars new jahr zusammen einbahnfrei ok New kars nenovation und new Ferrari so i warting from you informations danke for Dino modèle for my you preiss from my
The 488 Pista is one of my favorite Ferraris of all time. It's so beautiful and fast with a masterpiece of an engine.

How has this video had less than 10,000 views? It’s a tragedy. I guess RUclips aren’t pushing this channel, for some unknown reason?
Another top presentation of a beautiful 488 thanks colleen !
Fantastic job. Really enjoyed learning a lot about the history of the naming of the cars. Keep up the great work

Ferrarisonline gorgeous car
This is my dream car, only in the Spider version.
Nice car 👍 I think Mclaren pushed Ferrari to step up there game. Lots of different Mclaren models and now lots of different Ferrari models.
As always, absolutely amazing presentation! Thank you!
Especially, I‘m loving your explanation of the „488“..😍
That blue interior is subtly cool. Didn’t even notice until you mentioned it.
Great to listen to your thoughts on the Pista, I love mine but in a different way to my 458 Spider. Good video as always
Sweet car! Your pants matched the seats, nice touch.
458 pista: the final NA
488 pista: the final ICE only
yep....Pretty much down hill from here.

@@MarcSob22 well if we are taking about gas cars.
@@MarcSob22 I have driven all models from 308 up to 458, and have raced 360 challenge cars. Trust me things are changing.
You forgot about the F8 Tributo
What a work of beauty!
omg you know a lot of history
I definitely prefer the older Ferrari's, this car is cool though with some great tech features and amazing performance.
That gold is nice, don't think I've seen it before on a Pista.

Most powerful by the time it was announced 👍🏻
I’m not even done with the video and I hit the “LIKE” button 😂
Best comment yet. 😊
Harry Metcalfe of Harry's Garage has similar thoughts about this 'track monster' .
That outfit is FIRE 🔥
I may be off the mark here but I'm picking up a slight vibe that you may kinda, sorta maybe a little bit like this car.
Was the 488Pista available with sticky switches? LOL!!!
LOL eventually!
Actually the V8 in the SF90 Stradale is more powerful. Cheers from Italy
👌😎
the girl is very very very beautiful
Did she pick out her pants to match the blue tinge leather in the car for this review?
I don't think anyone can teach you anything can they...? (maybe the correct length in trousers 😜)
what's a "pound", a "feet"?? inches??? medieval vibes here...
