Since you had the Wolverine/Sue Storm alt setting i figured i would tell you, that you missed Sylvie D'Arqueness. The witch that Wolverine hooked up with while demon hunting once every decade, she even gave the old man a daughter from that hook up, Reine.
I think it's very flawed on Marvel's editorial staff that there's literally a clone of Jean Grey with Madelyne Pryor and not have that be the answer to Scott-Jean-Logan love triangle. Or, since Emma Frost has gone after Scott a few times, then just have Emma be with Scott and Jean be with Logan. In either situation, everyone wins.
Wolverine maybe rough around the edges (no pun intended), but he always enjoyed the comforting hand of a woman. He also know to return that treatment in return for their kindness, expressing loving intimacy and emotional gratitude.
I suppose if you really believe that the Viper Relationship should be ranked higher than his with Ororo. I’m surprised no mention of Psyclocke, who’s my dream pairing. There is a future where they wind up together. Never forget Remender’s X-Force.

Wolverine has a relationship with a native woman in the Savage land.. at the end of the book they don’t say it, but they indicated that she had his child. this relationship is not in your list. Wondering now if there’s more you’ve missed.

Logan always ends up ending the relationship regardless of who he’s with cuz he thinks he’s not good enough for them he even ended his relationship with storm cuz he lost his heeling factor and was for the first time in his life afraid to die and thought that he wasn’t worthy of her anymore personally I think Logan should have bin with Jean and Scott should have stayed with the Jean clone Madeline prior

to me Rogue and logan click more then her and remy i have tried to like her and gambit but i do not see the apeal i mean what do her and gambit even have in common i can not think of one.
That’s cuz there are very few people that can actually touch rogue without dying and I have the same problem with her and magnito she met Logan when she was a teenager and also her adopted mother raven slept with Logan so there’s a degree of ick to it

The series Wolverine & The X-Men made Wolverine and Mystique's romance make much more sense than it did in the comics.
