She’s not a trainee. Online auditions are just regular auditions but for people online. As someone who has been in the performing industry in musical theatre, you need to actually read what the instructions are for each company you apply for. That’s literally it. To have an advantage you should invest in a vocal coach if you want to audition with singing or get good at creating your own lyrics for rap because they ask you to do more after the initial application if you’re good enough to pass. For dance you will need to be flexible and have very good rhythm and creativity. You cannot be mediocre unless you are insanely pretty. For the photos you will want to get the best lighting you can find, watch natural makeup tutorials that are for your skin but better because they won’t accept photos of heavy makeup, and be in decent shape for the full body pictures. Wear tighter fitting clothes so that it is clear to see your body shape. Once you have practiced and rehearsed whatever it is you are auditioning with you need to film it. For singing and rap you need to do it without background music and in a place that isn’t too echoing, a microphone can help but make sure they don’t see it in the video because you can easily change your voice with external mics. With dance, book a studio and do your 30 sec- 1 min worth of dance routine. AVOID kpop dances and especially those that are from the company because on a real one, you aren’t good enough to be compared to idols who have been professionally trained so unless you are a semi pro yourself with a decent amount of experience from professionals (taking dance classes will help) just avoid kpop dances. Make sure you are aware and have researched the style of the company you are applying for and choose your song or dance wisely. If you can create your own choreography, that’s even better because they usually put on some random song and make you dance to it in the real life audition after the prelims. Expect to be rejected, expect to be rejected a lot. Because again, unless you are insanely pretty, you need to have actual talent that catches the eye of recruiters. I know an sm recruiter for sm jpn, she rejects some amazing people daily, it’s not easy. You have to train yourself to accept failure and to try again until you get a request to have audition 2 and you need to know your body and vocals well. Be serious about this

Okay, so if a person is born Australian or American, they’ll forever be Australian or American. You can’t change your race. People won’t look at a person that looks like an American and see a South Korean in them. They’ll think that it’s an American.
Legally, yes. The problem is, Korea is a very homogenous country, so it's likely you'll still be considered a foreigner because you aren't ethnically Korean. It's not like America where you can be Black or Mexican or Thai and be considered an American culturally and legally due to the amount of diversity in the country.
