Lol employees are paid for their time. If you don’t like it either start your own business or go find another job. Simple as that. Employees do not run the business. They’re just cog in the system. Without the business they work for they have no money and no means to provide in their life. People like you will forever be a bitter whining employee. These dudes getting an average of $401k in the new CBA and they’re talking about not being paid overtime 😂 bro. It’s a joke.

It's disgusting that fringe players don't go straight on to a 6 figure salary! Are these pricks serious? If the players don't front for media events and interviews in their club gear, that effects the club more than the NRL. As the sponsors are not getting that tike infront of the cameras they are paying for, they are not paying to be seen on players as individuals. They could go back to that form of income, as thats what players did for a few decades.

And for two it’s called a contract champ. Thousands of people do contract work and no we do not get paid overtime ya peanut 😂 and the train and trial is a decent wage for a lot of people. Plenty of people on less then $1200 a week. Welcome to reality mate. If they’re good enough they’ll make the Squad and take part in that $401k average wage. The point here is Clint Newton should have addressed many of these issues in detail at the initial press conference. Because that's the once chance you have of controlling the narrative. Instead he left everyone feeling baffled by grievances which were long on vague generalities and short on specifics. The average punter isn't going to be tuning into this broadcast. But he would have seen the initial press conference. Completely botched. NRL headquarters must be laughing their heads off watching the players blow off their own feet.
