I have heard this song in passing before, on TV and stuff, and I always thought it was cute.
But on learning it to play, I’ve TOTALLY fallen under it’s sunny spell.
Seriously, what magic is this? It’s impossible not to enjoy singing this tune. You know me, I like a nice depressing tune or two, and trust me I really tried to make this less happy than the original. But the truth of a song always shines through, and the truth of this is that it’s a shiny and bright, innocent slice of pop. And that is just fine by me.

Hi Peter, thanks for the kind words! 🙏 I can't remember the exact chords but I think this is in drop D tuning, capo 4 with the main chords being A, D, and E! You'll have to follow my finger shapes on the vid for the rest - there's a few hammer ons/pull offs to add detail. Good luck!

I'm actually a 'bassy' baritone and when singing along it doesn't sound too bad. Guess that's the drop D tuning.
