FIRST SCAM.... It costs a maximum of 500 rupees from airport to city center but if you asked for 3000 rupees or 2000 rupees, or you took rounds in the city so that you understand that city center is far so you gave money to the driver, this is a very big scam. Yes, this happens with all the tourists, when the driver asked us the address then why was he roaming around in the city or making excuses for asking the address?
lol they have agreed the price up front so he doesn't need to do that anyway and in this day and age 500 doesn't even cover fuel costs... saying that for 2000 I would have expected a new taxi and would not have got in this one.
