I might be crazy bc i do have a knack of giving the semi human that is vince McMahon the benefit of the doubt andit was 2000 but I have a theory that the reason taz’s push in wwe fell dead is bc of his neck. I mean outside of his awesome debut which he choked out a STILL UNDEFEATED Kurt angle he did basically nothing. Even when he crossed paths with triple h and stone cold the actual bumps were minimal. I think wwe signed him, booked his debut, then he went to their doctor and learned just how fucked his neck was and the recommendation was that he basically just stop wrestling right then and there. Again maybe I’m giving Vince and his doctors and wwe too much credit, but the dichotomy between his debut and the rest of his career is just too striking. Something had to happen or they had to receive new information for him to go from tapping out Kurt angle immediately to feud with Jerry lawler then hardcore jobber.

He was deep into his issues for years by this point. It started pretty early on in his WWE run. At least going back to 2003 when he needed neck surgery, and he got a quack treatment that got him back in the ring faster, but guaranteed his neck problems wouldn't go away. Thats why he got released. Vince thought he would die if he stayed in WWE.

Really loving the MEM arc and will be sad when it comes to an end. However, in between the Lex Express, NwO, and MEM arcs, I've got a huge bit of appreciation for the graft of Kevin Nash over the years. I then discovered another absolute bollocks era of wrestling that could link to this one: the many WCW Kevin Nash gimmicks before Diesel. There's some gold there, including - OZ!
They are yet to do an nWo Arc. The Warrior Arc features the nWo but they aren't the main focus. Really hope they do a full nWo Arc one day, from Scott Hall coming through the crowd in 96 all the way to nWo 2000 with Bret and The Cho Cho Chosen One. 96-99 in WCW were the best years the industry has ever seen, so there's really no shortage of content for the lads to work through. All I ask is that they give it the *respec* it deserves - I feel that in some of their early shows, such as the Arquette Trilogy, they did not give WCW the *respec* it truly deserves. I'll take Arquette as WCW champ any day of the week over Vince McMahon as WWF and ECW champs (99 & 07), but I digress...

For safety's sake: A tarantula is best likened to a hairy water balloon; really prone to popping when dropped. While they can climb and what not, all north American tarantulas, and a lot of those around the world, hunt and spend most of their lives on the ground. They are surprisingly fragile creatures that can be killed with relatively short falls. Please, don't handle them unless you know what you are doing.
I learned two things while doing research on this PPV: 1. Kevin Nash is still gold n the stick. 2. Both of TNA's chick commentators (Leticia Cline and Lauren Thompson-Frucci) have posed nude in the past. You're welcome.
I was looking forward to this one, but I was also kinda of worried about it. I loved the Bryan and Vinny review of this PPV so much. It was funny, accurate, and a sevlte 40 minutes to listen to. Would this review just parrot it, and I'd learn nothing I didn't already know? But I'm delighted to say that OSW has another banger in the catalog with this one. The tarantula is a rosehair, very large/slow/docile. I've fallen asleep with one on my chest. Woke up a fee hours later and it was still there. You can't defang a spider, it would die.

Honestly I would be more worried about the spider in that situation, they're pretty fragile. Granted tarantula bites hurt a lot but they're not really dangerous like a black widow or whatever.

I love OSW review so much, my head hurt from laughing at the shelly match. OSW is such a joy and makes me so happy.
Honestly, the Jenna v Sharmell match gave me flashbacks to the Lockdown 2007 episode, with two all-time infamously bollocks matches - the electrified steel cage AND blindfold match. The sheer anticipation and excitement, the crowd shitting on the match...chefs kiss.

For safety's sake: A tarantula is best likened to a hairy water balloon; really prone to popping when dropped. While they can climb and what not, all north American tarantulas, and a lot of those around the world, hunt and spend most of their lives on the ground. They are surprisingly fragile creatures that can be killed with relatively short falls. Please, don't handle them unless you know what you are doing.
I learned two things while doing research on this PPV:
1. Kevin Nash is still gold n the stick.
2. Both of TNA's chick commentators (Leticia Cline and Lauren Thompson-Frucci) have posed nude in the past.

I was looking forward to this one, but I was also kinda of worried about it. I loved the Bryan and Vinny review of this PPV so much. It was funny, accurate, and a sevlte 40 minutes to listen to. Would this review just parrot it, and I'd learn nothing I didn't already know?
