千葉県勝浦市にあり透明度が高いことで知られる守谷海岸です。
海水浴シーズン前，梅雨の合間の晴天の日にただ黙って歩いてみました。
海が荒れたあとで海藻などが流れ着ききれいではありませんが，海水浴場開設時以外は砂浜はどこもこんなものでしょう。
すぐ沖にある渡島に歩いて渡るつもりで干潮時を狙って行きましたが，島との間は膝ぐらいの深さがあり断念しました。
釣り人目線でショアジギングのできそうな磯も歩いてみました。

Moriya Beach is located in Katsuura City, Chiba Prefecture, and is known for its high transparency.
Before the swimming season, on a sunny day during the rainy season, I simply walked along the beach in silence.
The beach is not clean because of seaweed and other debris washed ashore after the sea became rough, but I suppose that all beaches are like this except when a bathing beach is opened.
I went there at low tide with the intention of walking across to Watashima Island just offshore, but the water was knee-deep, so I gave up.
I also walked around some rocky shores where shore jigging could be done from an angler's perspective.
