Great tutorial! I love your attention to detail, best tutorial on how cork keychains are made! Thank you so much for sharing! I'm making cork keychains for my girlfriends for our "Girls Beach Week" in June! They will love them! I've seen several tutorials on how to make cork key chains & yours was hands down the best, so thank you so much for sharing your inspiration! Stay safe, healthy and positive! GOD bless you and your family! 🙏❤🇺🇸😊
cork tends to dry out, so after the eye screws, and before adding jewels, i painted the cork with polycrylic, two coats. it also prevents the cork from absorbing dirt.
Hi... i am going to attempt this project for my daughters wedding shower favors... I do not have any tools.. can you recommend a 'starter kit' what tools are necessary for this project.. I live only near a Hobby Lobby at this time... thank you for any help in a quick pinch... Nanc
nancmadi Whoops, sorry Nanc didn't see your comment until now. And sure! The only tools you need is two pairs of pliers. Needle Nose should be just fine. I just looked at the Hobby Lobby website, and it says that they sell of the supplies, including the pliers, in their stores! The full list of supplies in the description above, so you could always write it down and have an employee help you find everything. The only thing I'd suggest though, if you're making a lot of these key chains, is to buy the corks off of Amazon. You can get 100 corks for roughly 12 dollars on Amazon, while you can get about 15 corks for about 5 dollars. (That makes it about 12 cents a cork on Amazon and 33 cents a cork via Hobby Lobby.) Hope this helps!
Thank you so much.. no worries... I appreciate all the great advice.. not sure on the count just yet.. but I have a good amount started & my daughter bought me some from TJ Max I believe not sure how many are in there yet.. LOL I have to count them... not sure of the shower attendance yet either, but I have a head start & they are super easy!!! Thank you Katharine Opal
Hello! I really love want things you make. I am 12 and I wanted to make something like a Best friend Chain. That's really easy! Could you give me ideas what to make?

Excellent dialog and enthusiasm. I made newspaper cylinders for corks. I'm in the process of decorating them.
Shared your video on Twitter. I think it's a great idea for campers that might drop their keys in the water.
Simple Instructions and beautiful. Thanks!
I'm definitely going to do some of these for Christmas gifts ! Great video (:
Beautiful!!! I love it!!! I just subscribed to your channel. Will be watching more videos

novel idea though that video was at least twice as long as it needed to be.
