I feel that if we have a 2 & 1/2 term limit (or 10 year maximum) for the President & a majority of Governors have term limits, we should have term limits for all members of the House (I say 10, 2 year terms), Senate (3, 6 year terms), & Judiciary (at most 20 years). I had a horrible case of shingles at age 50. They're extremely painful and debilitating. It wasn't for me, but sometimes the damage is permanent. You can get the blister-rash anywhere on your body. The nerve pain beyond the blisters covers all bases: electric, heat, cold, dull, sharp, thumping, compression, burning, and more. This poor aged gal needs to call it quits on congress.
Had an outbreak last year and some parts of it were worse than my double bypass operation. It's a pain you never felt before, very deep and intense. It drives you insane. Some people get it in their face, that must be hell on Earth. I only found out later that you can get a preventative shot! I'm telling anyone at that age to get the jab, because it seems that 1 in 3 people have a change to catch it.

I know Cenk has said he has passed the bar and was licensed as an attorney. But is he still current on his credentials and licensed to practice law in California. Is Adrian also licensed to practice law in California? If you have a number of attorneys on hand who are licensed to practice law in California, then why don’t you all formulate a strategy to go after Pelosi and her daughter on the grounds of elder and disabled person abuse? Find someone that can be her caregiver. Someone that would be tied to a nonprofit or a trusted member of the family with oversight coming from agencies in California who oversee this kind of thing. Give a court or a judge a compelling reason to change up the situation by having someone who would better serve Dianne Feinstein’s best interest then Pelosi and her daughter. There are times where you need to act rather than just report on something, and this is one of those times. You probably have enough of the right people within the TYT organization to effectively make this happen. And what a better way to promote the progressive cause then through action. And because she’s a public figure, there should be plenty of video that can be used for both observation and later evidence to make the case to get Pelosi and her daughter removed. Whether through subpoenas, or the freedom of information act, I’m sure that can be done. I would like to see this kind of thing done for everyone, and I’m sure it is when it becomes apparent that people in need are being abused. I am from South Carolina, and Thurmond was definitely having some dementia issues back then, and eventually died while in office, but no one complained or made a big deal about it.

Agreed. In political office, there should be a mandatory retirement age, and for voting there should be a maximum voting age. I say this as someone nearing retirement age myself. At some point, it's just not your future any more.

This is why we need to have term limits. I'm fine if they want to run again AFTER they sit out a term, but politicians need to sit out at least a term to see what the real people are doing. Term limits will also prevent dinosaurs who really needed to go migrate to the tar pits long ago.

OK, this is not a joke, I am dead serious about what I’m asking you guys to do. How many people on staff with TYT are licensed to practice law in California? I know Cenk has said he has passed the bar and was licensed as an attorney. But is he still current on his credentials and licensed to practice law in California. Is Adrian also licensed to practice law in California? If you have a number of attorneys on hand who are licensed to practice law in California, then why don’t you all formulate a strategy to go after Pelosi and her daughter on the grounds of elder and disabled person abuse? Find someone that can be her caregiver. Someone that would be tied to a nonprofit or a trusted member of the family with oversight coming from agencies in California who oversee this kind of thing. Give a court or a judge a compelling reason to change up the situation by having someone who would better serve Dianne Feinstein’s best interest then Pelosi and her daughter. There are times where you need to act rather than just report on something, and this is one of those times. You probably have enough of the right people within the TYT organization to effectively make this happen. And what a better way to promote the progressive cause then through action. And because she’s a public figure, there should be plenty of video that can be used for both observation and later evidence to make the case to get Pelosi and her daughter removed. Whether through subpoenas, or the freedom of information act, I’m sure that can be done. I would like to see this kind of thing done for everyone, and I’m sure it is when it becomes apparent that people in need are being abused. But in the case of Dianne Feinstein, if she ends up with the right people, who truly are looking out for her best interest and with the amount of money she has, then she can be well cared for. And have as good a quality of life as possible until she passes on.
Why don’t they have her resign in dignity. It is sick . The Power is so sick. Feel bad for Diane she is being taken advantage of. California should have a strong liberal repainting them like Diana was.

I honestly don't understand the appeal of Adam Schiff amongst voters. What has he actually DONE, as a U.S. Representative, other than scoring some great moments of footage and sound bites during the Impeachment hearings? Also, just because Newsom would appoint a Black woman if Feinstein steps down, that doesn't mean he'd pick Barbara Lee specifically. He could choose a Black woman who is just a placeholder (with no personal long-term political ambitions) until Feinstein's vacancy is officially filled by General Election voters. That being said, I think either Barbara Lee or Katie Porter would both be FAR superior to Schiff. Again, could somebody please explain Adam Schiff's appeal? It's sort of pathetic that certain die-hard Democrats are touting diversity, equity, and inclusion...yet, they're simultaneously pushing a mediocre White man to replace Dianne Feinstein just because he's a "household name."
