@@shawnmllr86it depends on the bottle size and shape and temperature and material. A standard plastic water bottle, standard shape(not Fiji or Voss), something like 2 hours I think. I would just do 2 hours, then pull it out. If it's ice, decrease time by 15 or 30 minutes. Then go in smaller incremental adjustments until it's just right.

I think that water's purity is important too, use drinking bottles you bought, not from the tap
