THEY CHASE ME - c# dev log addendum to week 22

Sorry for two videos in one day-- that's a lot. But I worked out a few more lines of AI to extend on this week's video diary and wanted to show it off. I talked about it in the video but couldn't demonstrate it because I didn't have the code set up on the downstairs PC, but I do now.
This is straight up goofing around, but I'm focused on documenting my progress, pitfalls, successes, and goofballs all.
