Had someone make fun of me once for mentioning someone should give an opinion on parking lot repairs. I have parking lot repairs quotes over $15,000. The SOPs state anything at or above 3,000 or cumulative repairs totally 10,000 should be in the report. Makes me wonder what kind of report some are writing.
