I was wanting to upgrade to one of these purely for handiness washing the car but after watching your video I will keep on with my mains powered washer........ its worth the little bit of hassle to have a pressure washer that produces some pressure!
@jokerdog3332 if you have main electric and water, don't bother with this type of thing, I completely understand most people have a Worx Hydroshot for taking away from the home, in fact I will use it only for videos and washing my bike for the low pressure 😀 which is better than my Karcher family 🫠
Good review that made me buy this WG633E and I'm realy pleased with it. I use it to clean my boat and use the water from the lake (it's clean) for this job. Maybe not cheap but well made and very useful!
Thank you for making me want to upgrade from my perfectly acceptable boggo one. 😅 Tbf, nearly 4 years later and all ive done is bought 2 new batteries and a green tip. Couldn't be without it. Look forward to your comparison test
Funny thing was I was thinking about something else, then I saw the updated version with 56bar, so basely I was thinking about it, having got the Worx Bush cutter for the garden, with 2 bigger batteries, made me think why not get the updated version Worx Hydroshot 56bar and at £129 it gotta to be done 😀 I am looking forward to putting them against each other, just a bit of fun 😊laters Steve
Thanks mate, I think it's because of the film rate, when I make another video I will do it in a faster rate, I do all mine it 60 fpm most people film in 30 😀
The battery I have is the only one I have tested out, and I understand that it's the 20V 1 X 4.0AH LITHIUM, I just checked the box and it seems like it's the only one 🙂
I've just bought the jet hawk for showering at the back of the campervan and it only cost £60 but I think the hose that came with your one is much better quality so I need to upgrade the hose
@patrickpirelli7897 The best one is Karcher pipe, better quality, and is a bit longer than Worx, Kärcher 26431000 5 m Suction Hose and Filter for Pressure Washer Accessory, White, Yellow amzn.eu/d/06fTSrw1
Love it what a great video oh and yes I've subscribed I've got the old one but now I've got the new one sitting in my online basket and undecided if to buy lol
Thanks mate 👍 check out my Worx Hydroshot playlist 👌 currently I am on my 2nd 56bar as the first one blow up 🤣 but from the video I have just made and not released, without letting the cat out of the bag 😀 both seem good together 😀 laters Steve 👍
Nice review and useful, what is the canon head you used that worked with the Worx Hydroshot Nitro 56bar Pressure Washer, do you have a link to it. Thanks
The Autobrite Direct was the best 👌 only thing it's now been deleted, but I have not used the new version of it, so I don't know if it works the same 🙂 laters Steve
I had the original WORX hydroshot and always thought it to be 'ok'. Pressure wasn't really enough to "wash" anything but it was good at rinsing off, and far exceeded a watering cans efforts. I'm now in need of another as my last portable washer died on me. Contemplating the Hydroshot Nitro, and Karcher OC3, it seems the hydroshot has far better pressure but it's a bit pricier - any thoughts?
@@Adam_848 The Worx Hydroshot 56bar and the Karcher OC3 are both popular portable pressure washers, but they differ significantly in terms of power, water pressure, and intended use. Here’s a breakdown of their features to help you decide which is best for you. 1. Power & Pressure Worx Hydroshot 56bar: The Hydroshot offers around 56 bars of pressure (about 800 PSI). This is quite powerful for a cordless, portable washer and is suitable for more demanding tasks, such as cleaning cars, garden equipment, and even outdoor furniture. Karcher OC3: The OC3 has a lower pressure rating, at around 5-6 bars (around 70 PSI). It’s designed more for light cleaning tasks like rinsing off bikes, boots, or pet paws after a walk rather than heavy-duty cleaning. Winner: Worx Hydroshot 56bar for power and versatility in cleaning a wider range of surfaces. 2. Portability & Water Source Worx Hydroshot 56bar: The Hydroshot can draw water from a variety of sources, including a bucket, a river, or even a bottle, making it highly portable. However, it doesn’t have an onboard water tank, so you’ll need an external water source. Karcher OC3: The OC3 includes an integrated 4-liter water tank, making it convenient for quick, small jobs without needing an external water supply. However, it does limit how long you can use it before needing a refill. Winner: Karcher OC3 for short, light-duty, on-the-go cleaning tasks without needing an external water source. 3. Battery Life Worx Hydroshot 56bar: With its powerful motor, the Hydroshot’s battery life may be shorter than the OC3's, especially if you’re using it at higher pressures. Battery life varies based on the mode, but it’s generally good for medium-duration cleaning tasks. Karcher OC3: The OC3 has a smaller battery, which lasts around 15 minutes on a full charge. This can be sufficient for quick cleanups but limits extended use. Winner: Worx Hydroshot 56bar if you need more continuous power, though the OC3 may be easier for very short jobs. 4. Attachments & Accessories Worx Hydroshot 56bar: The Hydroshot often comes with multiple nozzle options, which makes it more versatile for different tasks. It can adjust between a narrow jet stream and a wider spray. Karcher OC3: The OC3 is more basic in terms of accessories. It’s a straightforward, low-pressure cleaner with fewer adjustable spray options. Winner: Worx Hydroshot 56bar for its versatility and variety of attachments. 5. Best For Worx Hydroshot 56bar: Ideal for users who want more pressure and need a flexible solution for cleaning cars, patios, or other surfaces that require a stronger water stream. It’s versatile and can tackle more intensive tasks. Karcher OC3: Better suited for users who need a quick, light-duty cleaner for small items, such as bikes, hiking boots, or dogs after outdoor activities. It’s compact, easy to use, and doesn’t require any setup beyond filling the tank. Overall Recommendation If you’re looking for higher cleaning power and versatility, the Worx Hydroshot 56bar is the better choice. However, if portability and convenience for quick, light cleanups are more important to you, the Karcher OC3 is easier to handle and better for very light-duty, on-the-go cleaning tasks. For general cleaning needs and more intense jobs, the Worx Hydroshot 56bar would likely offer better long-term value and effectiveness.
Currently Worx Hydroshot 56bar has a deal on which I personally think best of the 2 is the 56bar, but remember that a Karcher K2 cost less than the Worx Hydroshot 56bar, now out there 2 I would have the Karcher all day long 😉 it's really depends if you have water and power for the Karcher, if not Worx, hopefully this will help you 😀 laters Steve
I've been told, that when using the foam cannon, it uses a lot more product than a normal pressure washer. Is that your experience aswell? And thank you for a very good and informative video 👍
It's very much depends on the type of product you are going to use. Currently, I have been testing out Topaz snow foam, and for a pressure washer like a Karcher Topaz is 100ml to 300ml, in my test out I use 300ml + water to make 1000ml, I use it in both Karcher and Worx Hydroshot 56bar, and it worked fine 🙂 I could have cut it down to 200ml of foam, hopefully this will help you laters Steve 🙂
@ahcrx same battery will fit and work but shorter lasting, it's better with the smaller attachment very much like the old model, if you need that extra proforment this is worth it 👌 but if you are happy with the older 25bar it will still be good 👍

@marekantoszewski7926 I believe you are right. This is showing the Worx Hydroshot 56bar, I do have washing videos with different types of products and reviews, but this is not one of them 😀 laters Steve
@zzo28 No, it doesn't matter what you do it's never going to do what you want, I have tested this out over lots of different options, and it's the same results, pipe on pipe off, pipe into bucket 🪣 and out, no real water difference, only problem is the eco mode, but knowing what I know now, would I be happy to buy another, yes of course, great for lots of different things 😀
Got the Nitro one. For some reason it works a lot better than yours with what looks like same amazon cheap snow thing. You may also find that some hose pipes wont stay connected unless you pull that little filter out. Interesting vid. Cheers.
With the better quality foam cannon, it works better, you must have missed that bit 😉 I do the same thing when watching videos, I always missing the bit I should be watching 😍 tomorrow I will be doing a full car wash with it 😀 one thing is I am filming at 60 fpm and most likely it would look faster at 30 fpm 😀 laters Steve
I did see it work better with the gold plated posh lance... I have put the famous 1.1 mm thing in my cheapo one. Is marginaly improved. Just done my car.... Best wishes
@timleaning6695 I will be testing out £95.00 foam cannon tomorrow morning, just can't believe people would buy something this expensive, just to put foam over a car, I have been given this opportunity to test out for free 🤣
Hi mate great informative video with those counted tips ie green, yellow on eBay they have different size do you know what size you got for the short tip if you can let me know urgently will appreciate it cheers Mark
I take it you are talking about the 40v batteries. In what Worx Hydroshot ? Out of interest, if you want the very biggest one, you will need to be a weight lifter 🏋️♀️ 😉
@stepaman is that the one which is 450 psi which is 31 bars, I did look at that one, but because it was from USA 🇺🇸 not so good for UK market 😉 and it's only 31 bar against UK 56bar, but more likely I think it's about the same thing 😉 56bar is about 810 psi, just check first just in case 😉 laters Steve
Worx hydroshot ultra 2x20V battery , model wg649 - but price of it is 2,5x higher than wg633 and the ultra model is discontinued in production because of many errors with it. For now the best cordless worx washer is still wg633 model ( max 56bar )
5 Spray Nozzle Tips: Black soap nozzle(Soap),Red Nozzle Tip (0 Degree),Yellow Nozzle Tip(15 Degree),Green Nozzle Tip(25 Degree),White Nozzle Tip(40 Degree) currently sold on Amazon at about £6 🙂
Can you please share a link to the red soap dispenser you used at 13:25 that works well? I don't want to search for hours and buy something that is the wrong product.
The product has now been discontinued. There is a replacement, but I've not tested that one out to see if it'll work or not. It's been removed from my description. That's why you can't find it. Laters!

The problem with the foam cannon is a lack of water flow rate not so much the pressure. You need about 5 litres per minute to start getting good foam, the Worx can only manage 3.7. I have the same problem with my Ryobi EZ Clean, TBH the Worx foam cannon works way better than my Ryobi either with the Ryobi cannon or a MJJC one.
@GJX-xy7dm Connecting a hose from a tap to a Worx Nitro Hydroshot pressure washer requires a few simple steps and some basic equipment. I'll guide you through the process of setting up your Worx Nitro to ensure you have the right connections and hose. ### Tools and Materials You Need 1. **Garden Hose**: Standard garden hoses are usually 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch in diameter. Choose the right length based on the distance between your tap and where you plan to use the Worx Nitro. 2. **Tap Adapter**: Ensure your tap has the correct adapter to fit a garden hose. Most outdoor taps are threaded for standard hose fittings, but if yours is different, you may need an adapter. 3. **Worx Nitro Hydroshot Adapter**: - **Quick-Connect Adapter**: Worx often provides a quick-connect adapter with their products. This will allow you to easily connect and disconnect the hose from the device. - **Suction Hose Adapter** (if not using a garden hose directly): Some models come with a suction hose adapter for drawing water from a bucket or other sources, but for tap connections, the quick-connect is more commonly used. 4. **Hose Washer**: These are rubber or silicone washers that fit inside the hose connectors to prevent leaks. 5. **Clamps (Optional)**: Hose clamps can be used for a more secure connection, especially if you are adapting the hose for different-sized fittings. ### Steps to Connect Your Hose 1. **Select the Right Hose**: - Measure the distance between the water source (tap) and the area you want to clean to ensure you have an adequately long hose. - A standard garden hose of 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch in diameter is suitable for most setups. 2. **Install the Tap Adapter**: - If your tap doesn’t have a standard garden hose thread, install a tap adapter. - Screw the adapter onto the tap, ensuring a snug fit. Use plumber's tape if necessary to prevent leaks. 3. **Connect the Hose to the Tap**: - Attach one end of the garden hose to the tap, ensuring there is a hose washer inside the connection to prevent leaks. - Tighten the connection by hand; do not over-tighten as this can damage the washer. 4. **Connect the Hose to the Worx Nitro Hydroshot**: - **Using the Quick-Connect Adapter**: - If your Worx Nitro comes with a quick-connect adapter, attach it to the input on the Hydroshot. - Connect the other end of the hose to this adapter. - Ensure the connection is secure, and the washer is in place to prevent leaks. 5. **Turn On the Tap**: - Slowly turn on the tap and check for any leaks at both the tap and Hydroshot connections. - Tighten connections as necessary to stop any drips. 6. **Power On the Worx Nitro**: - Ensure that the Worx Nitro is properly assembled and powered. - Turn on the device and test the water flow and pressure to make sure everything is working correctly. ### Additional Tips - **Check Compatibility**: Double-check that all components, like the hose and adapters, are compatible with your specific Worx Nitro model. - **Using a Suction Hose**: If you plan to draw water from a bucket instead, attach the suction hose to the Worx Nitro and place the other end in a water source. - **Filter Installation**: Consider installing a water filter between the hose and Worx Nitro to prevent debris from clogging the system. - **Pressure Settings**: Adjust the pressure settings on the Hydroshot as needed for different cleaning tasks. ### Troubleshooting - **Leaks**: If there are leaks at any connection, check the washers and ensure that everything is tightly connected. - **Low Pressure**: Ensure there are no kinks in the hose and that the tap is fully turned on. - **Adapter Issues**: If the adapters are not fitting correctly, you may need to purchase specific adapters for non-standard fittings. By following these steps, you should be able to connect your Worx Nitro Hydroshot pressure washer to a water source successfully. If you encounter any specific issues or need further assistance with particular models, consulting the Worx user manual or customer service can also be helpful.

@brianleslie8371 I would have expected the new ones to be the same, but with having one to test, I just don't know, I believe this model is available on Amazon by a 3rd party but more expensive than £30, you could buy the new one on Amazon, test out and then return if it does work, because you have up to 30 days 🙂 now the weather is better, I may well get one just to see how it difference between them 😀 laters Steve
Had a Quick Look but can’t see anything Autobrite lance wise on Amazon or one that looks the same. I might try a similar priced one and see if it does the job. I can always return if it doesn’t.
@brianleslie8371 some times it's just a small pressure valve inside the foamcannon that's makes the difference between using for the Worx Hydroshot and not, and the information about this is very poor 😢 if the company's information was better we would know the best to buy every time, it's the same for pressure washers you never know until we use it 🙂 good luck 👍
I am still relying on coin op car wash for 10 bucks. I get 10 minutes and they work great. Of course, I have to wait until the temperature is warm enough in NYC. I’m still very interested in these cordless power washers I wish one was made it takes Makita batteries
I was wondering years ago why can't my Dewalt battery fit a Worx Hydroshot. Then I would buy one, but I decided to go for it and never looked back, funny thing is I now buy all different products from Worx, and no Dewalt products 😄
@mac-vl4ib don't use hot water, warm water is ok, to be honest, temperature is very important, I use hot tap water mixed with hot, works bang on 😀 you don't want to over heat the unit 😜

@@AutoGleamTruths I think it was 450 psi and less than 200 l/h (0.9 gpm). It's probably an older one then. I just thought double the voltage would yield almost four times the power 😏 Thanks for the reply 🤙
@ForestCounter one thing I have noticed when using my 2nd one as the 1st blow up, it's more powerful on full battery, as it drops to level 1 the power drops off a lot, full battery and full 56bar 👍

the video shows the device rinsing off the soapy film off a car. . It does.not show it "washing" ( or am I wrong? )
@marekantoszewski7926 I believe you are right. This is showing the Worx Hydroshot 56bar, I do have washing videos with different types of products and reviews, but this is not one of them 😀 laters Steve
If its hooked to bucket its 30bars/450psi.
To 56bars it needs hooked to pressure water (garden hose...)
Its a bit different to fairy liquid and an old bath sponge eh?
Will look forward to seeing that one...

Think i will go for the 40v version. Heard people like it.
I take it you are talking about the 40v batteries. In what Worx Hydroshot ? Out of interest, if you want the very biggest one, you will need to be a weight lifter 🏋️♀️ 😉
@@AutoGleamTruths yeah the one that takes 2 batteries. Yes guess its a bit heavy but looks like it gets the job done quite well.
What is the technical name of the small green/yellow attachments you used?.
5 Spray Nozzle Tips: Black soap nozzle(Soap),Red Nozzle Tip (0 Degree),Yellow Nozzle Tip(15 Degree),Green Nozzle Tip(25 Degree),White Nozzle Tip(40 Degree) currently sold on Amazon at about £6 🙂
Thanks for the info have found them on Amazon.
Laters!

Good video.
@johnspark8095 thank you 😊
The problem with the foam cannon is a lack of water flow rate not so much the pressure. You need about 5 litres per minute to start getting good foam, the Worx can only manage 3.7. I have the same problem with my Ryobi EZ Clean, TBH the Worx foam cannon works way better than my Ryobi either with the Ryobi cannon or a MJJC one.
@WolfAbarth nice to hear from you 👌 I was always wondering about the Ryobi, I see them in the supermarkets and diy shops really great price 😀
I cant get the spray selection attachment to stay on when I switch the water on the water pressure forces it to pop out
You have to twist them in well, I remember getting my first one 4 years ago I did the same thing 😅
No manufacturer talks about the number of decibels such a thing produces.
And they should, really, most wear headphones, I do most of the time 😀
Help. How do I connect a hose from tap to Worx nitro ? I don’t know what connections I need and what hose I require. Thanks. Uk.
@GJX-xy7dm Connecting a hose from a tap to a Worx Nitro Hydroshot pressure washer requires a few simple steps and some basic equipment. I'll guide you through the process of setting up your Worx Nitro to ensure you have the right connections and hose.
### Tools and Materials You Need
3. **Worx Nitro Hydroshot Adapter**:
- **Quick-Connect Adapter**: Worx often provides a quick-connect adapter with their products.
### Steps to Connect Your Hose
1. **Select the Right Hose**:
- Measure the distance between the water source (tap) and the area you want to clean to ensure you have an adequately long hose.
- A standard garden hose of 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch in diameter is suitable for most setups.
2. **Install the Tap Adapter**:
- If your tap doesn’t have a standard garden hose thread, install a tap adapter.
- Screw the adapter onto the tap, ensuring a snug fit. Use plumber's tape if necessary to prevent leaks.
3. **Connect the Hose to the Tap**:
- Attach one end of the garden hose to the tap, ensuring there is a hose washer inside the connection to prevent leaks.
- Tighten the connection by hand; do not over-tighten as this can damage the washer.
4. **Connect the Hose to the Worx Nitro Hydroshot**:
- **Using the Quick-Connect Adapter**:
- If your Worx Nitro comes with a quick-connect adapter, attach it to the input on the Hydroshot.
- Connect the other end of the hose to this adapter.
- Ensure the connection is secure, and the washer is in place to prevent leaks.
5. **Turn On the Tap**:
- Slowly turn on the tap and check for any leaks at both the tap and Hydroshot connections.
- Tighten connections as necessary to stop any drips.
6. **Power On the Worx Nitro**:
- Ensure that the Worx Nitro is properly assembled and powered.
- Turn on the device and test the water flow and pressure to make sure everything is working correctly.
### Additional Tips
- **Check Compatibility**: Double-check that all components, like the hose and adapters, are compatible with your specific Worx Nitro model.
### Troubleshooting
- **Leaks**: If there are leaks at any connection, check the washers and ensure that everything is tightly connected.
Thanks so much for quick and detailed reply. Appreciate all the help ❤

Can you use the bigger 5mAh battery with this?

You got the Amazon link for the better snow foam cannon you used (£30) one

Yeh they don’t have the one you had now by the look of it?
Any other recommendations?
Can you use hot water in bucket
@mac-vl4ib don't use hot water, warm water is ok, to be honest, temperature is very important, I use hot tap water mixed with hot, works bang on 😀 you don't want to over heat the unit 😜

Is this really more powerfull than the 40V WG644?
That seems unnatural to me. Does anyone know?
WG644 I don't think it's available and is 450 psi which is a lot less than the 56bar. The 56 bar is the most powerful Worx Hydroshot ever as I understand from a number of different people 🙂
@@AutoGleamTruths I think it was 450 psi and less than 200 l/h (0.9 gpm).
It's probably an older one then. I just thought double the voltage would yield almost four times the power 😏
Thanks for the reply 🤙
@ForestCounter one thing I have noticed when using my 2nd one as the 1st blow up, it's more powerful on full battery, as it drops to level 1 the power drops off a lot, full battery and full 56bar 👍

You miss out on the point of this type of thing, how is a power washer going to work in the desert 🏜 🤔
Well, I use mine to clean my caravan in storage. It's not meant to replace a standard pressure washer, but to offer a cleaning solution in remote places. I thought that was pretty obvious.
@@DixonsVideos I find this very frustrating to understand why people want to use a mains water supply for the Worx Hydroshot, I have just finished making a number of videos with tap water supply 😳 never understand that, personally I use mine off site away from electricity and water 💧 😀 laters
