I live near Aberdeen, when Rangers travel to Pitroddrie, the Police block off the entrances to a village near the main carriageway to stop them going to the bars, causing the usual pish.

2018... celtic beat rangers on their own turf. They cut celtics ticket allocation down in a desperate attempt to make us stop celebrating, and having parties when they lose. @@kardosao
It's just not why tho is it. I'll say it there should be at least 1000 away fans for each club but we gave yous a full stand years ago which is far too much for an away game and yous gave us like half that allocation

How do a couple of Dutch people get tickets? Regarding the fans situation the Rangers started all this garbage. Both sides had approx 7,500 away fans until they took the huff with Celtic constantly celebrating. (They seem to have forgotten about the 90’s at Parkhead). Personally I’d be happy with the way things are. Rangers fans are not welcome. They cannot guarantee Celtic fans safety at Ibrox. So let’s keep it simple no Huns in paradise HH

I never doubted Celtic this week when it comes to playing Rangers. I always believed in Celtic during my 23 years supporting them in Europe and in Scotland and in the Derby games. was watching it at home in Ireland and back in Wexford was a great Celtic performance pity Rangers pushed celtic all the way since the goal they scored from the free kick. Well done to Brendan Rodgers he's a quality manager lads delighted for Kyogo too. was a honour seeing them in Parkhead in Glasgow last march and saw them in the Aviva stadium in Dublin last summer. Mate, I'm 40 year old and been a Bhoy since day 1, but I honestly gotta say this is the most worried i been about a Celtic v sevco game in my puff, between the split regarding the fans vs the returning Rodgers aka Judas to some plus the aggro with the brigade and the board, and without the brigade at the ground today I believe things could've been a little different. The fan thing is totally Rangers doing, firstly they thought the incredible Celtic support at Ibrox gave Celtic the edge and secondly because it was so unbearable having Celtic celebrating victory after victory at Ibrox , hence they had to stop what they felt was totally embarrassing to them and that’s how it began, Celtic responded in like , ironically of all the plaudits the Celtic supporters have received down through out the ages , to me this was the greatest compliment the Celtic support ever received , this acknowledgement of the power of our support, with Rodger’s back into old ways it doesn’t look like things are going to change anytime soon !🍀🏴🍀

Decent video. It might be nice if you told your followers the truth about why no away fans are allowed in. Rangers got fed up beong beaten at home and cut Celtics allocation by 90%. Poor sportsmanship and then Celtic did the same onviously. Celtic want it back to normal but they dont. Spell it out for everyone on your channel

A year ago I was visiting Edinburgh and the day I had planned to go to Glasgow and take to Celtic Park Tour, I was extremely tired so I decided to stary at the hotel in Edinbrugh. That is something that I really regret. So wacthing your video today really offers me a realistic and vivid view of how it is. Good wee team sitting 3rd in their league, first time in this division playing all new teams as they moved Regional divisions pre-season when they went from being Albion Rovers to becoming Gartcairn's other 2010 team, Gartcairn White.
Gartcairn Blue took our old place in our old League. They're a decent wee team as well.

Although it`s great to see big Harry Kane doing well . Keep up the good work and have a peacefull new year.
It's sickening to not allow away fans at these matches. Or at any matches, for that matter. One of the things that I love most about this sport are away sections, whether I'm in the home end watching the away fans go through their emotions or I'm in the away end myself experiencing a different fan culture. It just makes the match-going experience so much better. Not having that removes much of the soul of football.
I hope that they can get that rectified. Perhaps have a neutral party decide things.
Generally, at least 5% of a stadium should be made available for away fans at a price that's similar to what home fans pay for a seat in that general area of the stadium. Everywhere in the world.
I know it’s outwith their jurisdiction, but the SFA should definitely have the ability to step in and sort this embarrassment out. If anything else, on merit of sporting integrity, as no Football fan in this country should be deprived of watching their team play live, and that’s exactly what’s happening. The Rangers directors stated this mess, but we/Celtic as a club need to be above this futile bullshit.
The absence of away fans at games like this will only end when both sets of fans can be trusted to be in the same space together and putting it bluntly that will only be when the cancer of Scottish football that is sectarianism ceases to exist...that may be being blunt, and may offend some, but it is a sad truth. I spent some time in Scotland in the late 90's, having already attended hundreds of games in England and overseas and it was the first place I have ever been where religious tradition isn't present and largely unspoken about, there are plenty of clubs in England that do have a high percentage of fans from a particular religion, but between the auld firm it is used as a weapon by many. It is a pity because we are in the twenty first century and the World is becoming ever more secular, if you can remove the bigotry from these games you could have matches that feature amongst the best on the planet for atmosphere. I doubt if I will see that happen in my lifetime and I'm in my late 50's.

The culture of the Old Firm just seems phenomenally toxic, with two sets of supposed fans hating each other for historical reasons that no longer have any relevance to anyone. The satirist Jonathan Swift imagined a society in which people hated each other based on which end they started on with a boiled egg, and that was over three hundred years ago. This is much the same.

There’s nothing contentious about this issue! Rangers reduced celtics allocation because we won too much, and they couldn’t take our celebrating, how pathetic is that!
I believe we gave them 8,000 tickets and we had 7,000 tickets, they then gave us something like 500. Petty and utterly pathetic.
Celtic responded in kind, and after being showered with broken bottles, assaulted, and worse, said we can’t out our fans at risk. This is 100% on rangers and they need to grow up and resolve this.
What I love about Scottish football is that the premiership standard is parallel to the English championship…the best league in England
