Hi coach how would you apply wing chun against a much taller opponent in sparring? Its quite difficult to obtain bridge contact or utilise a neck clinch since their head is much further out of range, and their arm placement is much higher. That only leaves body shots available but it feels very limited. On a side note, how would you deal with a taller opponent when sparring without using overhands or high hook punches? I have shoulder subluxations in both shoulders due to loose ligaments, so throwing high hook punches and overhands might damage my shoulders.
Good question, I had planned to do a video this week that uses a very nice Greco principle that can be used to close-down strikers. Hopefully it will give you some things to work with.

You said "Attacks his feet" but I think you meant attacks his balance. There wasn't any chi gurk attacks.
It transfers through his body to his feet. You are right no Chi Gerk
