Appreciate the info, tried the last few weekends trolling and no luck. I know I’m doing something wrong, figured it might be speed , but looks like I may not have gone shallow enough. How do you avoid the plants growing in that shallow water? Speed?
How tight should you have your drag when trolling? Should you have the clicker on and free spool then when the fish grabs set the hook? I enjoy all the information, thank you!
I go to the resort every summer and there's a nice area by the boat docks where I always catch nice catfish and largemouth bass and huge carp that put on good fights
o.k you talked about line distance and trolling speed for the p-line angry eye predators shallow runners in 5 to 10 ft water! now what about the p-line predators, rebbels, bombers, yu-zuri's deep divers!, how much line out for these deep divers and at what trolling speeds! THANK YOU!
I got that white with the pink head yozuri yesterday then went out today and I think I'm going to be getting another 3 that lure worked wonders also the yellow and orange yozuri caught a few fish both are shallow diving lures
If you are just getting into striper trolling avoid the jointed plugs with countless efforts they always fail to produce when single bodied minnow baits will, pick up 15 of the 5 1/4" yozuris of the 15 pick up 5 deep divers and 10 shallow divers as for color the colors you see in this video are probably the 4 best available (these are the lures he is catching fish on not using in the demonstrations) also adding just a little dab of pro cure scent to your worm can make a difference(sardine has worked the best for me) but most bait fish and irritant scents can turn the fish on
Wow! California Delta trolling for stripers!!! I grew up on the Delta out there, good times.. Love your vidz Nick!! I noticed I didn't see any fishing licenses in the videos...when I lived there you were required to 'wear' your license externally. Has that changed?
I heard your vid being advertised on the radio the other day while on my way to fish for stripers! Another awesome vid, been watchin' your stuff since your video on how to catch crappie.
watching this video back i cant get over the fact that you guys caught every fish on yozuris and are talking about trolling pline plugs 😂😂
