I show you how to use the 'stats for geeks' function in RUclips, how to capture and filter out RUclips traffic in Wireshark, and how to graph the bandwidth utilization as the video is loaded.

    Hey, nice video. I think you missed the quality settings when you played the 8k video. When you were playing 8k video there was no 8k sign on the RUclips player. So I think it quality was set to auto and it was playing that video in 1080p quality or something. That might be the reason you didn't see higher spikes.

    Hi, how can I filter traffic if an internet proxy is in the way, making all destination IPs the same? i guess i could use tcp sequence number if stream has one...

      In the initial connection to the proxy there will be a CONNECT message from the client with the target URL. This way you can tell which stream to filter on
