I was on Immortal rank last season but this season Epic rank is worst then ever to the point that I am still in Epic 1 I had full bronze team 5 times in a row and of course you get 2 junglers and 2 mages as a bonus always.

So you should just watch guides on yt instead of blindly listening to fomments(don't have an ego🙃. I need them. You need them. There are four types of roamers; Setters(Such as Tigreal), Pick-offs(Such as Kaja), Support(Such as Estes or Mathilda) and finally Damage Roamer(Like the one you used, Johnson can be either setter or damage) In your current rank, you probably you would prefer damage roamers as they can be also viable. Probably not the best recommended I could give but in my experience, these are my recommended; 1. Johnson - Just recommended this hero just for you. Johnson is grear roamer that you can use to burst down squishies, while if needing a tank on your team still Johnson is doable with great hero-combo. 2. Helcurt - Can blind the vision of his opposing team. (Decrease vision range, can blind also to each other's vision). Helcurt has a great kit for assassination, and his passive doesn't have a need to recall to base majority of the time he can heal when out of combat. 3. Saber - Skill 1 》Skill 2 》Ult = Big Damage to squishies 4. Jawhead - While he is commonly used in the EXP, he is a great roamer that can pick-off and dish a lot of damage. (Unique mechanic being able to throw minions, creeps and also heroes both allied and enemy). Honorable Mentions: 5. Natalia - One among the heroes that can conceal/invisible. She is very squishy BUT marksmen can have a problem facing her with her burst damage, and her skill 2 placing down a smoke. While within her smokebomb, she is immune to any basic attacks (Some skills also to be considered as basic attacks but nothing to look into yet as a beginner) 6. Selena - One among the heroes having the longest STUN duration in MLBB. You need practice to master this hero, although I don't use her, but worth mentioning since this girl has high burst damage
Worth noting Saber's combo can also be 1-Ult-2 for a quick exit in case enemies are near each other, and also because the Ult also has a dash in it Also isnt Natalia immune to only physical basic attacks? /genq
@txchia Yes that's true, she's ONLY immune to basic attacks. What I meant with some skills considered as basic attacks are Silvanna's Skill2, Minsithar gawkgawkgawk skill2, even Wanwan's Ult.

As roam main, yes that was a worth trade. If you see a chance for a nic set for you team but you might die we go for it. Also as a roam you can sometimes sacrifice yourself for ur teammates
Ps you can use petrify while you crashed your Js to prevent enemies from escaping, or either use Vengeance spell or Aegis Spell to shield you. Vengeance returns part of the damage back to enemies and damage reduction.
If you were to check magic items two provide defensive stat like Clock of Destiny gives magic power and hybrid defense which is used by Mage Tanks while Blood Wings which has magic power and gives a shield every twenty seconds. Blood wings is already in your build you just have to take it first than other items in you build.
Zowero when playing Johnson beware of these heroes. 1)Grock,johnson's biggest nightmare.He can create walls to stop thr car. 2)Zhask,his nightmaric spawn can block you. 3)Argus,the dude is immortal so hitting him is a waste of ult. 4)Sun,until you're ABSOLUTELY confirmed that you're hitting him,not his clone. 5)Martis,he can immune your hit.He has cc immunity. 6)Valentina,she can copy your ult and become YOU. There's more but these are the main ones.
15:30 was that worth it? Yes, definitely. You're a roamer, the least priority of all five heroes. A roamer in exchange for a marksman and a mage (two main damage) and a bonus exp laner. In seeing these opportunities, and getting the return, do not be afraid to die for your teammates as a roamer. It is good that you're the one who took the turret damage instead of your teammates as you're the most well-equipped hero to tank the turret damage. They would have died immediately, but you can manage at least three hits before you die. The only thing that could tilt this consideration is the fact that the enemy marksman got a shutdown off of you. That's a large gold. However, considering the gold gap given by the three for one kill, it didn't matter.
If I remember correctly, there are 4 Heroes that can turn Invisible, which are Miya - The Elf Girl, Natalia - The Girl with Huge Claw Weapon, Aamon - The guy with Shards and lastly my Main Hero, Helcurt - The one who is Crawling like a Cockroach and quite terrifying as he can turn the Battlefield Dark making the Opposing Team have a Limited Vision and suddenly appearing to burst you down.
Mage build sure does gives a lot of damage but you need to check your team. If your Exp lane is tanky like Terizla and Gatot(Ghatotkaca) or Edith and you have a tanky jungler like Fredrin or tank Karina or tank Guinevere then you can build mage build also if you roam and have Angela mid lane which could possess you with her ulti to help you survive. But its all up to your decision making since Js or Johnson is more of a initiator and knowing your team or at least you have a friend playing that knows your playstyle, you can wreck havoc in the land of dawn. Knowing your team composition and enemy composition is key. Like in Pro scene the battle is half won in drafting stage already because of the banning stage and you would know hero that can counter your hero. BTW, you were bitten by the wolf of Popol which stunned you making you cancel 2nd skill.
Quick tip for Johnson when you use ult you are visible on the map for around 3 seconds to the enemies and experienced enemies can guess you are coming for their lane so when you are ulting from the base go around your nexus first also try to always ult from your base while you are learning Johnson and only ult anywhere else when truly necessary even if it feels like a waste of time it's really important to be unpredictable you also need you keep in mind that enemy minions also show you on the map and if enemies know you are coming Johnson can be countered easily.

Try Argus attack speed + crit damage build it's so broken and can kill marksman under a second 💀 use corrosion scythe tank killer wind talker berserkers fury Haas claws and blade of despair with inspire he's so good and is in Meta for like a decade
5:02 if you run into a situation like this Johnson is the best hero for it since you can just use ult and run away and one of your teammate can also ride you. of course on other heroes it might be hard and in lower ranks (honestly it's similar in every rank sometimes) that teammates are just idiots so it's better to flee for yourself and use them as bait even if you are tank it's no use staying there to save useless teammates who are here to just die while if you can tell that your teammates are good then you can try your best to save them from sketchy situations even if you die in the process. As for how not to get into a situation like this? well all you can do is keep an eye on the map and if enemies are missing just assume they are waiting in the next bush.
As the roamer you should check bushes to ensure the safety of your teammates. Go first when checking so that they don't get affected and possibly die Also (And this is just my opinion) dying as the tank or roamer is incredibly worth it if you kill high value targets such as mm, mages or junglers since that would mean you won that clash with minimal casualties. Dying is (again imo) a great honor since you allow your teammates to live and possibly end the game entirely

I'm glad you realized it on your own, but yeah it's generally not advised to go js (johnson )magic damage build unless your team has a tanky hero like Terizla, Thamuz, Esmeralda, etc. It's not to say damage roam is bad, in fact pick off roam in solo q is not unpopular, just that it depends like if the enemy team hero's have low mobility and are squishy (easily killed), in that case you can go for it That's for that rant, anyway here's some tips for roam in solo q: - (This one isn't for roam only) you can mess with the interface customization to make the stuff bigger like the map and buttons and for the map I'd recommend to set it's transparency to 50 - learn to keep an eye on the map as those can generally tell you the enemy movements, where they will go, what they're going to do stuff like that - thing's that give you vision (outside of some hero's unique abilities) on the map are teamates, minions, the litho based on who killed it, and the vision flair (as a like to call it) I think you already found this one where after a certain amount of time, if you stand next to the crystal on either of the two walls it gives an aoe vision zone in your teams jungle, keep in mind that the same applies to enemies so as the roamer try to walk around those if you wanna ambush someone, and also as the roamer your actions may dictate what your team's gonna do so best not to give that away for no reason - (again not only for roamers) learn item's, what they do, which heroes do they counter, which item's synergize well with which hero, tho for a beginner roamer you can just know that Dominance Ice is for countering attack speed and lifesteal, Athena's Shield is for countering burst magic damage, Antique Cuirass for countering physical damage, and just choose what to build against what enemy composition (if you wanna play tanky roamer) - your role as the roamer is the meat shield, your life (in the start at least) is the least important among your teamates so if you can sacrifice your life to save someone else's it mostly depends but in the beginning you should do it, unless they willingly walk to their death's by playing like an idiot, anyways as the roamer you shouldn't be afraid to die, if you can exchange your life for three of the enemies that's generally a good trade - When the turtle spawn's and there's no fight going on, and you've confirmed your marksman is safe, go help the jungler by zoning (walking around the turtle and checking the bushes), same thing with the lord intercept the enemy especially the enemy jungler and most of the time ignore the enemy roamer, unless they've reached lvl 4, actually throughout the game in general if the enemy is attacking and there are only one or two squishy enemies behind the roamer, if you can afford it, ignore the roamer and go for the squishy target Some helpful tips when using js: - the crash does more damage depending on your speed so if you can control it press second skill before crash - After you press js ultimate you're visible on the enemy map for five seconds That's all i can think off of the top of my head anyways glad you're back
Try yu zhong for exp line he's one of the strongest fighters, alpha for jg he deals insane true damage alucard and yin are fun too if you want mage nana is insane at burst damage and for mm you can try lesley, clint or moscov
16:55 there are some skills of heroes that damage turrets like bane ult and passive upgraded basic attacks from lesley, bane and alucard and there maybe more it just doesn't come to my mind lol
If you want to have a bit of defense you can buy thunderbelt it's in defense it gives stack of hybrid defense how it works is everytime you deal basic attack on enemy it'll give you a stack but has a cool down for 4 second so everytime you hit an enemy even though if don't managed to 1 shot them you can increase your stack
Zowero theres some defense items for each damage radiant armor reduces magic damage cutclass armor helps to reduce the damage for physical starlight armor is to reduce damage Burst
Told you that mage build johnson is good also do hit the turret while you are in your ult when they're at low hp cause his ult is one of the only skills that can damage base and turrets
the best hero for fast ranking is karina she can fast clear the creeps and gap enemies easily and its an easy hero to use and have true damage and true damage can ignore true defense the build for karina is arcane boots sky piercer calamity scythe holy crystal conceal lantern and divine glaive and the emblem is adaptive attack jungle hunter and killing spree (you can replace with impure rage or ignition)
If u r liking DMG dealing tank then u should definitely try Edith . She is a tank plus mm and se deals incredible magic DMG even with full tank build just build inspire with her and go lvl 4 , u r good to go. I hope u will try this next time .
11:04 I have been asking that question to my team for a long time lol. Anyways good video and lemme just say that your doing a better job at roaming than half of the roamers I meet in mythic. Could you try playing jungle with balmond? (if you have him) . He is quite simple to play. And since you kept asking why amon is so popular its because he is a pretty strong hyper and is super simple to learn. And since he can turn kinda invisible most people in lower ranks have trouble catching him. He also grows stronger in late game and doesn't exactly fall off like some of the other hypers. Hope that answers your questions

İd say kadita counts as one of the main ones cuz she could just use her dash skill to avoid the stun.
If you want to have a little bit defense you can do hybrid build. With boots,3 magic item and 2 defense item.

5:02 if you run into a situation like this Johnson is the best hero for it since you can just use ult and run away and one of your teammate can also ride you.
of course on other heroes it might be hard and in lower ranks (honestly it's similar in every rank sometimes) that teammates are just idiots so it's better to flee for yourself and use them as bait even if you are tank it's no use staying there to save useless teammates who are here to just die while if you can tell that your teammates are good then you can try your best to save them from sketchy situations even if you die in the process.
As for how not to get into a situation like this? well all you can do is keep an eye on the map and if enemies are missing just assume they are waiting in the next bush.
As the roamer you should check bushes to ensure the safety of your teammates. Go first when checking so that they don't get affected and possibly die
Also (And this is just my opinion) dying as the tank or roamer is incredibly worth it if you kill high value targets such as mm, mages or junglers since that would mean you won that clash with minimal casualties. Dying is (again imo) a great honor since you allow your teammates to live and possibly end the game entirely

I'm glad you realized it on your own, but yeah it's generally not advised to go js (johnson )magic damage build unless your team has a tanky hero like Terizla, Thamuz, Esmeralda, etc.
It's not to say damage roam is bad, in fact pick off roam in solo q is not unpopular, just that it depends like if the enemy team hero's have low mobility and are squishy (easily killed), in that case you can go for it
That's for that rant, anyway here's some tips for roam in solo q:
- (This one isn't for roam only) you can mess with the interface customization to make the stuff bigger like the map and buttons and for the map I'd recommend to set it's transparency to 50
- learn to keep an eye on the map as those can generally tell you the enemy movements, where they will go, what they're going to do stuff like that
- thing's that give you vision (outside of some hero's unique abilities) on the map are teamates, minions, the litho based on who killed it, and the vision flair (as a like to call it) I think you already found this one where after a certain amount of time, if you stand next to the crystal on either of the two walls it gives an aoe vision zone in your teams jungle, keep in mind that the same applies to enemies so as the roamer try to walk around those if you wanna ambush someone, and also as the roamer your actions may dictate what your team's gonna do so best not to give that away for no reason
- (again not only for roamers) learn item's, what they do, which heroes do they counter, which item's synergize well with which hero, tho for a beginner roamer you can just know that Dominance Ice is for countering attack speed and lifesteal, Athena's Shield is for countering burst magic damage, Antique Cuirass for countering physical damage, and just choose what to build against what enemy composition (if you wanna play tanky roamer)
- your role as the roamer is the meat shield, your life (in the start at least) is the least important among your teamates so if you can sacrifice your life to save someone else's it mostly depends but in the beginning you should do it, unless they willingly walk to their death's by playing like an idiot, anyways as the roamer you shouldn't be afraid to die, if you can exchange your life for three of the enemies that's generally a good trade
- When the turtle spawn's and there's no fight going on, and you've confirmed your marksman is safe, go help the jungler by zoning (walking around the turtle and checking the bushes), same thing with the lord intercept the enemy especially the enemy jungler and most of the time ignore the enemy roamer, unless they've reached lvl 4, actually throughout the game in general if the enemy is attacking and there are only one or two squishy enemies behind the roamer, if you can afford it, ignore the roamer and go for the squishy target
Some helpful tips when using js:
- the crash does more damage depending on your speed so if you can control it press second skill before crash
- After you press js ultimate you're visible on the enemy map for five seconds

If you want to have a bit of defense you can buy thunderbelt it's in defense it gives stack of hybrid defense how it works is everytime you deal basic attack on enemy it'll give you a stack but has a cool down for 4 second so everytime you hit an enemy even though if don't managed to 1 shot them you can increase your stack

If jungler starts with red buff go to blue buff and get them low hp as much as possible
the best hero for fast ranking is karina she can fast clear the creeps and gap enemies easily and its an easy hero to use and have true damage and true damage can ignore true defense the build for karina is arcane boots sky piercer calamity scythe holy crystal conceal lantern and divine glaive and the emblem is adaptive attack jungle hunter and killing spree (you can replace with impure rage or ignition)
You should try Natalia she can go invis with her ult and pasive which when she is in a bush she get more damage
If u r liking DMG dealing tank then u should definitely try Edith . She is a tank plus mm and se deals incredible magic DMG even with full tank build just build inspire with her and go lvl 4 , u r good to go. I hope u will try this next time .

Could you try playing jungle with balmond? (if you have him) . He is quite simple to play. And since you kept asking why amon is so popular its because he is a pretty strong hyper and is super simple to learn. And since he can turn kinda invisible most people in lower ranks have trouble catching him. He also grows stronger in late game and doesn't exactly fall off like some of the other hypers.
