    Made this tonight and threw in some beet leaves and scotch bonnet pepper this way was so delicious I did it like an Asian style taste . I’m not a mushroom eater at all but this here was A1 it topped it off thank you 🎉❤

    Dry coating with corn flour+ maida gives crispier mushrooms.

    Can we use wheat instead of maida? And is it ok if u don't add corn flour?
