Ahsan I don’t know will you see the comment or not. My common sense says it's haram which is 0.6-0.7% currency in an etf because of being in money market. What is your thought on this?
Hello Thanks for the video. I have 3 questions. Q1: I send money to my own account in Pakistan and then transfer it to my father's account from a pakistani account. I do it this way because I directly send other bills and stuff from my pakistani account from here. Should I submit the pakistani banking transaction details as well? Note: I have my own account not the joint back account. Q2: Moreover, the amount I send supports multiple people but goes into 1 account. In this case, as you mention, we must create separate Unterhaltungserklärungen or 1 must be enough mentioning other people are also living? Q3: I submit myself the tax returns using Bühl Steuer app. When I submit the tax, there is no option of attaching the evidences. Rather, I wait for the Finanzamt's letter for providing the proofs. Sometimes, they don't ask for the proofs. How to deal such situation? It would be really grateful of you if you take time to answer these questions?
hi, I will try to answer your questions. It would be better if you always transfer money to your father account or mother account. Finazamt can create problem in this way and you have to convince them each time. just Transfer all money to your mother or father account and then you can transfer money from your father account to your Pakistani account for bills etc. 2500 euro for mother and 2500 euro for father. This is all what they consider total 5k. but if you are married then you can claim 5k more for your inlaws. If you visit Pakistan then you can also give proof cash payment. Unterhaltungs is always spearate for each person. Use Elster, Learn it. there is no other better app than Elster. you will find many vidoes related to Elster.
1. If possible you can directly send the money into the supported persons account, if not then you would have to provide trail of the money transfer, Your Germany Account --> Your Pakistani Account --> Supported persons account (if the finanzamt asks for it). 2. You need 1 Unterhaltungserklärungen form for each person supported. Funds transfer to a single account is acceptable if all the people live in the same household. 3. I can't say anything about the Bühl app but most of the time you do not submit these forms while submitting the tax return, you provide them to the FA, if they ask for it just as you mentioned.
I agree with most of @Wasieee has written . Only that the sending amount needs to be calculated based on your salary here in Germany (also mentioned in the video)
Thanks for your informative video. I have one question. If i want to send money to my family in Iran, i have to send it cash. As I don't go myself, I send it through friends. How can I prove it?
Hello Ahsan, I have been following you for a long time. I have a skilled worker Residence Permit since 8 months but recently I have negotiated with my employer and started receiving a Blue card salary. Should I switch to Blue card? How will the months be counted towards my eligibility for Permanent Residency?
With Blue Card you can apply for PR in 27 months. And if you have a B1 certificate you can apply in 21 months. The 8 months usually wont count in the 27 or 21 months but some Auslanderbehorde do accept that time as well, so it would be wise to ask your respective office for a concrete answer
Hi Ahsan, I have been selected for a master and employment program in germany , I am going to get a skilled worker visa, Can I claim my tuition fee against income tax as study related expenses, Hope you can respond to this.
I have a question if you apply for Unterhaltzahlung and besides also want to invite your parents for visit to germany. Does this impacts ? Because in visit visa we have to proof they have enough means to go back to country while in Unterhaltzahlung we are proving the vice versa.
I think its quite a difficult thing to answer. On the one hand the supported person needs to be needy for the support to be accepted. On the other hand this person needs to have enough to be financially stable to get the German visa. From my knowledge, there is no direct connection between the Visa office and the Finanzamt. So quite difficult to say anything for sure. In my opinion honesty is the best policy in both cases.
I didn't understand, what you meant by the time of sending Money matters. For example, if i send all the money in October or November. Can I claim tax returns for that?
As i said in the video, if you claim to support someone and send the support payment in November, the tax office would object saying only the months when the payment was sent would be counted. You can always try to claim and your claim might even be accepted.
Well I am happy to see that multiple thousands of Euros seem too little for you. This might seem sarcastic but it was genuinely written, really happy to see successful people, but there are some people out there who use this method to get some money back.
@ahsanfinance I didn't mean anything personal the video is top and very well explained, but for me personally it is a waste of time to collect all those papers and evidence etc etc.
Bro i am beginner user in trade republic i hve doubt about account they give me a reference account number to transfert money but they don’t ask for my withdrawal account Number. Give me a clear idea is that a problem or not
I am very sorry to ask a doubt not related to the this vedio. I have been using the Advanzia credit card, when I tried to withdraw money from atm I put wrong pin and card declined. All the other transactions including online payment, cardless get blocked. How can I unblock the card ? How many days will it take.? Even it is blocked can I possible to transfer money from the card to my normal bank account ? Pls give a reply
@SJ-hs6cs Yes you can. Funds transfer to a single account is acceptable if all the people live in the same household. But You need 1 Unterhaltungserklärungen form for each person supported.
Thanks for this informative content Ahsan, looking forward to more such videos.
Glad you found the video helpful 🙏🏾
Thanks for the video! Could you please make one about people who do Pendlen daily, and how to claim some money back because of long commutes ?
Depends on individual details but in General the Commuter section of your tax return. The allowance is about 15 to 18 cents per km
Welcome Ahsan 🎉🎉.

Is it possible for you to send it via any online apps like Wise, Revolut, Western Union etc? Or are they all banned due to sanctions?
@ahsanfinance they are all banned.
@ahsanfinance Unfortunately, they are all banned.
Haii, I am planning to invest in scalable capital and I was wondering if they increased the exemption to 1000 euros ? Could you explain on that ?
Yes the exemption amount was increased to 1000€
Hi. Thanks for the info..which app support this to fill in such details?
You can try: ahsanfinance.com/smartsteuer

Hi there, the video is v informative, i have only one query, if i am sending money to my mom who is n always been housewife, what proof can i show ??
You can always show a zero earning tax return
It must be a joke really! So much paper work for such a little return it is not really worth the hassle.
I didn't take it personally either ☺️. But for some this hassle is worth it if they get 2 to 3k euros back as its more than a Months salary for many.
Bro i am beginner user in trade republic i hve doubt about account they give me a reference account number to transfert money but they don’t ask for my withdrawal account Number. Give me a clear idea is that a problem or not
Its not a problem, the same account from which you transfer the money would be used for withdrawals

Hi Ahsan, can we send money to parent's joint bank account?
yes ofcourse. you can claim 2500 euro for mother and 2500 euro for father
@SJ-hs6cs Yes you can. Funds transfer to a single account is acceptable if all the people live in the same household. But You need 1 Unterhaltungserklärungen form for each person supported.
