I Don't mind the new powers that are similar to original powers (as Cole explained there's an increase in elemental enegery with the merge so new powers are created) As long as the originals stay more complex. Like as long as Cole can still do all his quake stuff I wouldn't mind if quake is a thing, as long as nature can still create plants, as long as Grffin Turner can still have fast reflexes, as long as jay can still interact with technology, as long as Kai can still control heat to a certain extent etc.

I think Bubbles and Surface Tension are the same element, since Robie mentions it when Zeatrix uses a big bubble. Elements far more interesting than bubbles or balance: Sand, Crystal, Combustion, Wood, Magnetism.
Bubbles is actually Surface Tension, this one comes from the Munce with blue face paint. We have seen 2 unnamed powers in the tournament, some sort of "Roll" power comes from an unnamed Cragling, and some sort of "Howl" power coming from an unnamed green lizard guy. We have also seen 2 background characters with unique designs, 1 of which (the person with a helmet and goggles) is confirmed to be an elemental master at the end when the powers return to all competitors (her hands glow white), the other character that I think has elemental powers is the one with a beard and ponytail. Size comes from an unnamed bigfig character, not sure what their species is either. Figment comes from an unnamed Greenbone Warrior. Reflex comes from Zur, a Devonian. Balance comes from Kizzy, a Water-Tide(?). Quake and Plants are fairly straightforward.
I think Ninjago should develop a concept of source powers and elemental abilities. The idea is that variant of original powers like heat and bubbles come as specific abilities of fire and water.

I wouldn't say they are running out of ideas for elemental powers. It's just that they are taking the concept of fire and heat being 2 separate elements and stretching it across other powers. It worked for fire and heat because you can have heat without fire, and fire can not be without feet. Honestly, I don't like how they are abusing the concept and coming up with (in my opinion) very nonsensical and pointless powers
Example: bubbles can not exist without a liquid medium (water) to be formed from Plants are a part of nature, and Bolobo could command plants, as did the snail, so how does that power make sense? It would have been better to just make it nature with a new holder
the introduction of the source dragons being concepts, expanded the potential of elements Speed, Heat, Fire, Smoke, Reflex, etc stem from the Motion source they're using the concepts as a basis for new powers
Something that I noticed is that it seems the elemental powers they introduced don’t work well on their own, but rather when used simultaneously as proven by Zeatrix when she combined surface tension and shockwave to make an elemental bomb. This is weird because I can hardly see how surface tension could possibly be useful or effective on its own. In short: many of the new elements are simply gimmicks for the more important characters to use when they fight each other
Part 2 was cool but definitely controversial with the lore side. My idea is that the merge created branches of existing base elements, for example: Fire -> heat Lightning -> technology Earth -> quakes Nature -> plants Speed -> reflex
I heard Shade is a separate power from shadow. Also, there seems to be a new master of sound or some sort of echoing? Also the kraigling that was against Lloyd seems to have some fast raming power

That’s the thing Lloyd element it’s a very unique kind because it’s made from the remaining fragments of the elements of creation within him merge together, and thise who only had this power are him and the FSM

Well, maybe we are going to be introduced to the power of cold and to the power of humidity, like heat is for fire or quake for earth, there could be cold for ice and humidity for water. Also, the power of bubbles is, in fact, the power of surface tension, they called it like that in the series
My guess is that after the merge depending when these users got there powers if it is after the merge all elemental master dead or alive had transferred their powers in some sort of way hence Kai = heat and nya = bubbles
I mean with Bubbles why not make it creative like idk summon bubbles that are bubble animals or have the bubbles stick to a person making them sticky or explode with soap in the eyes 😂
While I liked all the new elemental masters, it sort of felt like at this point we were scraping the bottom of the barrel Like I feel like a couple were definitely fully fleshed out powers like Zeatrix's shockwaves, size, or Plants The rest just felt like just a cool move in a fighting game Plus it kind of sounds like since the tournament always moves from realm to realm, then every realm probably has at least a dozen or so elemental masters (or at least enough to be holding different tournaments with them in each realms)
They say the tournament goes from Realm to realm, I doubt it tbh, the other elemental powers probably came from different source dragons, like all of them helped with the elementals of creation then they created powers on their own

For example, the elements most likely to be under the source dragon motion will be fire, heat, speed, reflex, smoke etc. and also the source dragon of motion says the source dragons have been around since before time had a name meaning that they existed already with their elements.

I think figment is like product/multiplication. Also there is this power that makes you Cannonbolt from Ben 10 but on steroids, the one that lets you roll and be like a meteor or smth

I think that some new elemental powers should have been replaced by the old ones for example balance with gravity and reflex with speed these powers are literally the same or worse version. So many stories to flesh out so Season 3 isn't done yet including filming and production.

My guess is that after the merge depending when these users got there powers if it is after the merge all elemental master dead or alive had transferred their powers in some sort of way hence Kai = heat and nya = bubbles

While I liked all the new elemental masters, it sort of felt like at this point we were scraping the bottom of the barrel
Like I feel like a couple were definitely fully fleshed out powers like Zeatrix's shockwaves, size, or Plants
The rest just felt like just a cool move in a fighting game
Plus it kind of sounds like since the tournament always moves from realm to realm, then every realm probably has at least a dozen or so elemental masters (or at least enough to be holding different tournaments with them in each realms)

They say the tournament goes from Realm to realm, I doubt it tbh, the other elemental powers probably came from different source dragons, like all of them helped with the elementals of creation then they created powers on their own

For example, the elements most likely to be under the source dragon motion will be fire, heat, speed, reflex, smoke etc. and also the source dragon of motion says the source dragons have been around since before time had a name meaning that they existed already with their elements.

I think that some new elemental powers should have been replaced by the old ones for example balance with gravity and reflex with speed these powers are literally the same or worse version. And the bubble is elemental power of surface(roby called it like that).
They should just release season three in October because there’s no point of releaseing the same season if it’s out already

So many stories to flesh out so Season 3 isn't done yet including filming and production.
