I absolutely love Vi's high-risk full Crit/Lethality builds. Even when you trade 1 for 1, there's nothing more fun than running in and blasting an enemy.
just the biggest AD/Crit stat stick that completes 100% crit and the bleed scales with the increased E damage. nothing else really does that. With HoB and the two attack resets from E Vi does not need any attack speed.
Doesnt build any health or armor, yet the base stats are high enough she still tanks bs levels. She should not be able to tank five turret shots while also attacking and also getting exhausted. Its straight bullshit.
