Also, I would advise you get registered with the HCPC, CORU and CAMRT as soon as you graduate. These would license you to practice outside this country. You guys are really sort after, most of my husband's intern students don't stay too long in Nigeria after internship before leaving. After watching your video, I’m saddened by your plight and others in your profession. I live in the U.S and it is so discouraging to know that a nurse aid in the U.S makes more money than a Nigerian doctor. Nurse aids make an average of about $18-20 per hour. It also sad that some doctors in Nigeria make less than what I send to my mother in Nigeria monthly. I send her 250k a month. I cant imagine sending my daughters to school all those years and only for them to make such pittance. Please if you have an opportunity to JAPA, do it quickly and without any remorse. You have forgotten to tell the world "how much you spent studying medicine in Nigeria and how much you would have paid if you had studied in the US. Please, let us appreciate Nigeria.

@TinaHaneet Ooohkay. I was trying to substantiate the fact Nigerians pay less in terms of tuition fees compared to their counterpart in the US. I might not be right about the context of exposition, however, there was no pre-existence to your statement. So, I don't offshoot.
      You've gained a follower anyway.

@@israelrichard2132you realize that compared to the cost of living here, paying the tuition fees is still a lot for our parents.. I know how much my dad struggled to make payments every year for a cousin of ours that was an orphan.. then calculate that with paying fees for other children (I was still in Uni then also); catering for the needs of the family even in a 2 person earning household not to talk about 1 earning household.. many of our parents are civil servants that their salaries are still small.. my mum, till she retired as a teacher she barely earned up to 200k.. in Nigeria medicine is still one of the most expensive courses to study.. so this your comparison isn’t what you think it is
