      Ideally V proportional to I is correct and the proportionallity constant is resistance if you say I proportional to We then proportionallity constant is 1 upon resistance that is conductance

    Sir is A- positive end or negative end ??

      B is positive
      The end of the resistor where the current enters is considered as positive

    Sir switch is not used pls use the switch also

      Since the switches are already given in the battery so I did not find it convenient to use it but you may definitely use it
