actually I've seen the sauna thing used by quite a few UFC fighters. They use it for weight cutting and they can bring it to hotels and stuff while they're on the road so they don't have to worry about finding a sauna :) (that's literally the only occasion where this would be useful imo hahaha)

Saunas dont burn fat. Fighters probably use it to relax muscles, not to cut weight. They'd prefer to shadow box or pump iron than sit in a sauna to cut weight.

Oh my goodness! I almost died when you pulled out the “Comfort Wipe”! When I had my 2nd spinal surgery my mom got me the “Comfort Wipe” to use while in rehab. She was trying to be helpful, as I couldn’t hardly move, let alone clean myself after using the restroom. During rehab after my first surgery I had to have help, which is so embarrassing. Needless to say it did not work. Ugh. Not helpful at all.

Yes! I am so happy for these types of videos again. I honestly all but checked out when all they was doing was podcasts anymore. It just got boring to me (not my thing). THIS THOUGH -is the Ethan & Hila I love ♥
The “comfort wipe” is actually a great product for medical patients! When I had scoliosis surgery and couldn’t twist my back, products like that really helped. And yes, I just admitted to wiping my ass with a stick on the internet.

The sauna is so horrible because 65°C isn't hot enough. In an actual finnish sauna the air temp is around 80 (70+ is good) and you throw water on the stove, moisturizing the air. Also you are supposed to be naked in a sauna, even in public saunas, except if it's a male and female sauna in the same room. So the infrared sauna is always too cool and too dry. Also being clothed makes it not feel the same.

Most of those weird "Why would you need this" kind of product advertised on TV were specifically designed for handicapped folks, they just get marketed to everyone.
I bought one of those Comfort Wipe sticks when I threw my back out and couldn't twist or bend over. It was a lifesaver. Served me well again after I had abdominal surgery. The only thing is I feel like it curves in the wrong direction. 8/10, would recommend.

I bought a portable sauna, but the steam version for 70$. It is amazing, actually. It is much better than any other sauna, because you can stick your head out and entertain yourself by watching something on an electronic device that you would not be able to bring to a real sauna. And it is very good for your health (e.g. check Rhonda Patrick).
It looks stupid, yes, but it is the best thing you can get if you use sauna several times per week.
Joe Rogan actually has one of those as well. His wife uses it.
