Hi, how do you practice not being shy? I've always been shy but never thought of it as a spirit. Recently wanting to stop being shy and be more confident, assertive.
@@yestrech shyness is your submissive nature to knowledge you lack and the reaction you might get for articulating matters you aint confident with. So knowledge of how to be you, in this case Christ knowledge and how you want to represent Him plus how to handle peoples reaction eradicates shyness. I call it a spirit in the sense that when you acquire this knowledge and advance the devil gets people to oppose and rival you plus slander this can shut you up if you dont pray for boldness. Assertiveness comes with boldness via the Holy Spirit taking the lead. So just get ur knowledge out and care not for the things you dont know yet and pray. You'll find the problem is solve. SHALOM

If you haven't found a local church yet. You can start with online services. There are alot online. Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance on which to choose. Then listen to alot of Dr Charles Stanley's teaching too
@@browngift7448 yes yes!! I have also been struggling to find a physical church and I honestly just stopped fighting it. Instead, I started tuning into sermons by Pastor Steven Furtick at Elevation Church. It has been so amazing and fulfilling! They also have e-groups where people can join based on location, shared interests, or specific needs, like a group for women only, men or young adults etc. God has used this to help me connect with others so I wouldn’t be isolated. Even though they aren’t physically with me, I know we are united in spirit-we pray and worship together, and support each other, this is all online

They definitely use Isolation to play on your mind and increase attacks ..but God is also speaking into your life during those tough times..amen
Isolated Vs Solitude Christ needs you in Solitude when you receive the Holy Ghost to feed you, hence deny friends, family and friends. satan needs isolation to to delude and deceive you but he is scared of Solitude for Solitude tramples him under feet. Shalom
Isolation is involuntary satan made it happen Solitude is a conscious choice made to increase in Christ.
Exactly, in your isolation, feed on the word and keep your communion with God consistent, I don't believe the enemy can get you then. God is your hiding place and refuge, Sometimes surrounding yourself with people is the distraction.

Solitude is important. I was trying to explain that to someone recently, and they thought that, I was talking about being isolated from people b/c of being an introvert. I had to let them know, that God does separate people in order to strengthen them spiritually. Then you go back to being with your family or being who you are but in Christ. Unfortunately, I think it was a lost cause.
Jesus Himself had to be placed in training ALONE before He stepped into His ministry but as soon as He was released, His disciples became His spiritual family. Thank you for explaining the difference!

Ask the Holy Spirit
Pray humbly alone by yourself and ask him sincerely from your heart and he will lead and direct you to the right one 🙏🏼

There is no perfect church on earth as it is formed by imperfect people....the real church is between you and God.... Ofcourse fellowship with fellow believers is vital...
This spoke to me for sooo many reasons! I’m an isolated believer. The Lord gave me a vision a couple months ago of lions attacking a single elephant as a metaphor of what happens in the spirit. I go to a church but my voice has been trapped since I was a child so I don’t connect with people. This kind of warfare is so real! The Lord is leading and working it out but it has been such a journey. Thank you for sharing this!!!

First time here. Battled difficult relationships with/around the church, hurtful experiences. Please pray for us, there is much "church hurt" isolating believers
I'm sorry to hear that, I know there's many that suffer. I'm praying the Lord provides you with a strong council in due time.
I am sorry you have had to go through this. I think that praying to God for peace in your heart and ability to forgive, heal and move on, then pray for God to lead you to the right community of believer, discerning the Right place. It might be difficult but please know that communing with fellow believers is still God's plan, that's where we draw strength, edify ourselves and build formidable friendships. God bless you🤍
same i was attending and helping out at a christian thing for few weeks but slowly started to realise they never check in on you its albout you being there helping then you never hear from them unless they need you feels a bit fake to me anyway i know gods got me

So Good! I never knew that shyness was a spirit. I just prayed over myself and rebuked the spirit off me. I’ll be praying this prayer more often! I want to be bold in Christ. I want a spirit of love and a sound mind. I come out of agreement of the spirit of shyness. AMEN 🙏🏼
I had many hurtful experiences at church that greatly affected my mental health as for me that has OCD and PTSD I had to stop attending my bible fellowship group, the enemy knows our weakness and that's when he attacks the most he sometimes uses people, remember when Jesus rebuked peter in Matthew 16:23. It is not just isolation that peter talks about in 1 peter 5:8 but we have to discern the enemy's schemes.
I really can't tolerate toxic relationships, I am more at peace when I worship and study bible with just few of the people God gave me.

Very true. Especially when you see evil as clear as day infiltrating the church it makes it hard. When you’re alone its crucial to not let go of God’s hand.
I’m watching 32:09 minutes in and it reminded me of something that happened to me as a very young Christian in 1992. I was coming out of Elephant and Castle train station in the dark. This man was hobbling quickly towards me. It made me look to see what he was doing.
Then he stopped about a foot in front of me. Looking from right shoulder to my left he shouted, “ No, No! I’m not going to do anything to her. I’m going, I’m going!!!!”
Then he ran off.
Now I’m 5’2” but he was looking about 9’ above both my shoulders, back and forward, like he was looking at two reallllly tall men.
I told my Christian friends and they said, he could have seen the angels flanking my right and left m, protecting me.
The idea made me so happy. Can’t wait to ask Abba and Jesus when we go home. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥🙏🏼

This is speaking to me so much! I’ve had many hurtful experiences with churches. I came to Christ after getting married so although my partner is the best human being I’ve ever met in my life, biblically speaking I am unequally yoked. There’s clear scripture on staying in an unequally yoked marriage if both partners are willing to do so. However, I’ve been actually encouraged by pastors to get a divorce or have just not been welcomed the way you should welcome a new member in your congregation. So because I’m deeply committed to my marriage, I’ve been a solo Christian for the past 3 years. Please pray for me that I’ll find a church that is welcoming and open to accept me the way I am
At this point, I feel like me being freed from isolation is about as natural as me flapping my arms and flying to the moon.
Be open minded, it will end soon. I was in isolation period for approx three years. Fast on it and use it as a prayer point, it will end! x

Yes i pray for those who are seeking a church to gather with the right people. I know that the Holy Spirit will guide you and let you know you're in the right place. If there's conviction in the church, then that's where you belong. I know people who are church hurt didnt have the right mentors or guidance to know that people arent always great but God is and when you build a tight relationship with him you will definitely find the right gathering place. God doesn't hurt people people do. God bless everyone ❤
Our story is very similar, drunk father, parents are from a different country, foster care and now to my life as a seer and evangelist. Its so crazy but I have always loved God and I always knew he was with me 🩵
So related to my story as well,I encountered visions at my hardest times shortly saying and was led to one of the churches,i knew i felt presence of Jesus…my life changed afterwards…still figuring out where is he leading me.Converted from islam as well,was very introverted as well.God is good,Jesus is the King!

This is such a powerful testimony!! I have felt called to mission work/evangelism literally since I was 12. Lately I've been praying for boldness. I want to do God's work but feel so shy!! Now I know what to pray against! And to get more involved in my church. Yes
we need isolation to be strong sometimes too though. we cant just believe and have faith bec others do. its good to hold yourself accountable to your own belief

It is true before I was so comfortable in being alone I love being in the dark and never interact with people, shyness spread through my intire soul, That I couldn't go out in the street on my own, the spirit of isolation eats me.

13:14 Just here to clear somethings up… Muslims also have parts in every one of the five daily prayers where we put our head on the ground and can speak with God and tell him our needs and wants and what is bothering us ! also through regular prayer raising our hands and just speaking with God. That’s why there are so many practicing Muslims of course we feel a connection with our maker ! I love listening to Christian’s talking about their faith, keep up the good work Emma :)

A believer who doesn't know who they are in Christ and Who God is and their authority and purpose, who is also isolated is not a threat to the kingdom of darkness.. and they won't fulfill their purpose of being here. I was thinking that, I think it's not simple enough to say isolation is bad and community is good, I think it depends on the person, and let's face it if you are around the wrong people or believers who are deceived then you are more likely to be deceived. I think having a spiritual director is probably more important than just being around believers. St John of the Cross said that even in the religious community there is never a shortage of devils.

Introverted by definition is someone more reserved, introspective and enjoys spending time alone, that’s not bad nor is it a sin. If you have no confidence or low self esteem that can definitely be a demon, but being more serious than others is not bad.
The main thing is to not stop congregating with other believers right because we all need each other to grow in the body and have purpose etc

I need to figure out what is causing me to not be able to have any type of relationships I will meet someone and then they will vanish immediately even if I don't do anything there's something spiritually blocking me from having any type of relationship friends family everything it feels very demonic and I don't know what to do about it
