It's awesome seeing how you're mentoring the younger ones in hunting. You Sam with your daughter and now the twins with your cousins. It's truly a pleasure knowing the Kiwi hunter way of life is still strong and enjoyed. I look forward to being able to help my friend in his journey to mentor his kids in hunting too.
Thanks mate, it’s cool to have the opportunity to pass it on. We wish we could take more young people but unfortunately there’s just not enough time. Hopefully our videos spark some enthusiasm in others to keep doing the same.
Awesome to get young people away from computers and into a great outdoor activities and when you are with family that is so awesome and to shoot your first deer is bloody awesome 👍 hopefully the young guys will be as great as the teachers and uncles in coming years
We're Kiwis we live in NZ my sons Nate 11 and Noah 10 have got into pig hunting over here in Hawkes bay , Napier. They love your channel your content and delivery of it is epic !! Much appreciated keep it up we'll be following 🐗 🦌 🐟🗡
Thanks mate, we are stoked that they enjoy the vids. Its awesome that young people can watch our videos and come along on adventures with us. I’m sure you guys will have some exciting adventures of your own in the future. We appreciate the support🤙
Absolutely beautiful great video as always .. loved the beautiful background mountain view and you guys bonded so well and I really appreciate and enjoy watching your lifestyle documentary video adventure, keep it up guys and stay safe .. Merci beaucoup from Montreal QC Canada ..
Haha it was a bit of a miscommunication in the rain as getting split up a bit. Bit of a bugger we didn’t get the job done for cole but hopefully next time.
Well done to the Lad, I am with the first one shot if you have the shot take it...they don't often stand for the scope and camera. Rugby World Cup soon hope your lads a ready!!
Yea it was tough to communicate as well because it was raining and we split up a bit. Sometimes you gotta take your chance. Haha yea we are pretty excited for that. The All Blacks have been playing a bit better lately so might be a chance. Should be a close tournament I reckon.
Enjoyed that lads 👍 I'm currently teaching my young lad the ways. Started off on targets, and he's now on to rabbits and rats as vermin control with me. He's been on a few hunts now where I've taken a few deer and he's as keen as to learn now. He's got a way to go yet to shooting his first deer, but I'm enjoying the journey with him. Keep up the good work. Oh how are you lads finding the huntech gear? I was looking at buying some this year.
It’s a cool journey! Challenging at times and a bit frustrating but it’s all worth it when you see them genuinely excited about the hunt and having fun learning all about it. One of the coolest things about making our videos is all the kids that tell us they love watching them. Stoked you enjoyed the vid as well. We really like the Huntech gear. Over the past 3-5 years they have been working hard to keep improving their gear and it shows. We have put it through all weather conditions we can from snow and rain to hot and humid and have really enjoyed using it. @@clarkeboyshunting Thanks for the heads up on Huntech discount. My boy is keen as to get out again, so I will nourish it rather than push it on him. It makes for great memories for sure. He also watches your channel, it is a great way to teach kids the way the world works. Thanks again 👍
Nice family hunt. 👍 Good to see someone teaching young guys house to hunt. Well done. If that young fella was a girl he would have lip stick on his ears he was smiling that much. 👍 Good video gentleman. What time of the year was this?
If you know where the hole is and you’ve got some diesel tip it in there. Otherwise it might be worth moving camp. Annoying little things! Vespex is what we use to kill them around our bee hives. Just leave the bait out and they take it back to the nest and it does the job.
Let the boy retrieve it himself and a to long shot for your first deer and unfamilliar rifle. But a perfeckt neckshot when that was the aim. Congratulations young man.
Yea he really wanted to but they thought the river was a bit deeper than it actually was. We were just being a bit extra careful with the young blokes and the river because it was winter and getting close to dark and we were a reasonable distance from camp still. Thanks for watching👍
Nice shot young fella. This will be something you will treasure for the rest of your life and you are in great company with your uncle's guidance and I am sure this will be the first of many. You look like you could be a naturally good shot and maybe one day you might even out shoot your uncle's but that's entirely up to you. Keep up the good work 👍
Thanks, yea Ethan did a great job on the hunt to pull off a reasonably long shot under all the pressure and excitement of your first deer. Appreciate the comment👍
Good hunt boys and good to see y'all taking the next generation out to bloody them on the hunt, though you should have painted his face in the deers blood to honor its sacrifice. Not cool snipping someone else's shot on that stag tho.
Absolutely loved this one cheer's team! That smoke on young fullas face 💛💯👌 Priceless!
Thanks mate. Yea that smile was awesome. Glad you enjoyed the vid🤙

Every now and then a campsite can end up next to a wasp nest , any tips for that ?
