This is a classic case of neglect of the northern parts of our country by successive governments since independence where emphasis was laid on the parts of the country that were near the railway and other highland parts of our country to develop them. Its time for leaders in northern kenya to also chant the mantra of one man one kilometre one shilling and should do it loudly and forcefully. They should not not expect the leaders of the political formations they vote for to do it for them since their viewpoint of the country is how their regions look like but should agitate this themselves.
Haiya, now roads are important, UDA has been saying that Kenyans do not eat roads.
