Yeah, I really admire how open he is with his unhealthy eating habits and the struggles he’s faced while achieving the physique that he wants to have. Also, the way he hi-lights muscle mommies made me more confident when it comes to the extra gym time I’ve been prescribed for my back pain - traps are cool and ppl who don’t think so gotta go.

Austin: Get a faucet with a sensor and temperature adjusting lever. That way the cat can turn on the water, it stops once the cat leaves, but you don't have to change the temperature under the sink every time you wash your hands.
This and/or move the automatic water fountain. Cats don't really like when their water is right next to their food or litter box. Some don't care but the default preference is for them to be separated

Okay, as a biologist, I gotta clear up some of this Dinosaur talk. All birds are not just descendants of dinosaurs, they are theropod dinosaurs. Crocodiles and pterosaurs (like pterodactyl) are NOT Dinosaurs, they are Archosaurs, which is a group of reptiles that also includes the dinosaurs. Edit: also bringing back the mammoth may help with climate change. The mammoth steppe ecosystem actually helped cool the Earth, because the snow is compacted under the feet of the animals. This makes the ground colder, persevering permafrost, and the white snow reflects more sunlight back into space, providing further cooling.

Years ago the idea of reviving a "mammoth" elephant was to create an ecosystem that is now lost called the mammoth steppe that covered large parts of the planet. (Im not sure if the current project is the same as before but the previous project mention that russia was where they would start.) Once this ecosystem was gone many animals and most importantly plants died out. Their aim was to bring back this missing ecosystem and increase the biodiversity of the area, while also accomplishing reviving a mammoth. Though the animal eould be more elephant than mammoth, outwardly it would be a stand in for the missing keystone animal. An interesting topic that there are already some books written about. As for the pet dinosaur there is also a book discussing using a chicken and activating the dinosaur traits in their dna creating chickensaurus, a interesting idea of a possible what if.

I take a medicine at night for my narcolepsy that can also be used as a part drug. It causes munchies and it's so hard to resist eating midnight snacks even though I'm not supposed to eat while on the medicine anyway

I fill up the bucket before I leave town, place it next to the faucet my cat likes, turn it on and it recycles the water in the bucket til I get back
