[WR] Halo 3: ODST SLASO Kizingo Boulevard

The launch at the start can be faster and cleaner but the phantom with the ghost doesn't spawn if go too fast. Almost all my il's are getting to the point where im happy with the route and launches done. Still a few left to do but I"ll be proud of what I've done when i leave :)
