My favourite part is the addition of base drums at 4:47 to resemble the heartbeat quickening, it makes it feels like the stakes are high now!
The soothness and seducibility of that voice is truly smart representation of an addiction. The undertone is set to be exciting yet sadening (especially in the final segment). A masterfully crafted OST!

Or is all the composing done after the general constructs of the original video have been concluded, because of how the music transitions and fits perfectly into the segments of the animation and overall construct of the video and it's narration. How does stuff like that work, I'm really intrigued.
