0.(Ref) Rājendar jhīm jhīm jhūm; tā nānā nā nānā nādhir.
Chaturang ko gāiy rasā; rang ko sunāī hai. (both, 2)
Rājendar (Rājendra) jhīm jhīm jhūm. (ĀĪŪṛāīū)
O Rajendra (Lord of kings), (these bols of the tarana); sing them in
the composition with emotion (juice), so their 'colors' can be heard.
1. Gāve gunī gandharva jhum; tā nānā nā nānā nādhir. (2)
Sā re gā mā pā dhā nī sā; gāye ke sunāī hai. (2) (Ref)
A skilled and knowledgeable musician sings (these bols and
these notes); he sings them so that can be (properly) heard.
2. Pandit jannā gāve jhumā; tā nānā nā nānā nādhir. (2)
Sā re gā mā bhed Baijū; gāye ke sunāū' gā mai'. (2)(Ref)
A learned man who knows, sings (these bols and these notes)
like Baiju - so they can be (properly) heard by even himself. (?)
-------
Rājendra = Lord of kings, gandharva = a skilled musician;
tā, nā, dhir = some tarana bols. Chaturang = a composition
with four distinct features (khayal, tabla bols, sargam, tarana).
Sā re gā mā pā dhā nī = the equivalent of do re mi fa sol la ti,
sargam = solfège (solfa). Baiju Bawra (Baiju - the Crazy), a
skilled musician, contemporary of Mian Tansen (supposedly).

Ramkabharosa translation please boss man
@ Bran Behar: I tried my best, bhai - but this is sargam. There is not much meaning to
the song - it is just mostly the notes of the Indian musical scale and some tarana bols.
Ramkabharosa ooooh. Sorry bhai. I just saw the English parts now.
The late Ustad Haniff Mohammed (1933-2006). Adesh Samaroo gave us his interpretation of this classical number- check out the music video!! But the original is always better! You are with the greats- Tarzan, Kunjh Beharry Singh, Yusuff Khan, Jameer Hosein (1939-2018), and the maestro who tops them all- who Jameer considered his mentor in taan (classical) singing- The Wonder Boy himself Issac Yankaran (1932-1969).
So was this the original?
@@TheDharkMagician Yes 👍
