Love your videos. You're a great teacher and appreciate your enthusiasm. Obvious you enjoy what you do. Have you posted a video or tutorial as to how to display the Start Date and End Date of date ranges from a Query on an Access Report?

Hi, this is a big help thanks, I am using it for an audit tracker and have several columns that I want the query to drill down on for a report on "Audit Type" "Audit Status" and then the column "Audit Date" and individually I can get the various part of the query to work but then when I include them all as a drill down for the report to "Audit Type" then by "Audit Status (complete)" and then between a date range from "Audit Date" it falls over. do you have any tips?

Your videos are so helpful. What I need is to have dates generate automatically in my form, when I enter a hire date. When I enter the hire date, I would like an autofill to enter a date 90 days from the hire date, as well as 6 months from the hire date. Do you have a video that can help me with that? Remember, if possible, I would like the dates to generate automatically in my form screen, which I use to enter data for all new hires. Also, I've created some reminders for when someone is hired and/or terminated. Example: Photo in/Photo Out. The check boxes are originally empty and I check them off accordingly. What I'd like to know is, is there a way that when I check, for example, the out box, that the in box will automatically uncheck? Sorry, I don't really know the terminology and this is my first time building a database in Access.

I love your tutorials. I would love to know how to show the most recent (expiry) date from multiple tables in one query. I have three tables with three different sets of expiry dates for three separate things. One query that will show the expiry dates from all three tables would be perfect. I can then build one report with the three different date columns that shows the expiry date for each 'element' (Three tables, three elements). Using MAX Value doesn't work for more than one table.

Hello, thank you so much for this video. It was very helpful and informative. I followed your instructions for uploading however my database contains "calculate" formulas and after uploading my database, my frontend fields with the "calculate" fields I'm receiving #Type! errors. How can this be resolved?

This is great! I’m learning more things in Access now and taking over some databases that others have created in the past. Do you have any tips on using the criteria to pull dates from a column that somehow wasn’t formatted in date format? For ex-there is a query set up that’s linked to a table w/a row that appears to have dates like 9/13/2019, 7/12/2019, etc.
So, I need the query to run & return all entries that are on or after 7/1/2019. The previous user had this formula in the criteria “>=07/01/2019” AND “Like “*2019”
The last use was in 2019 and keeping this in the criteria for that column only gives me everything from 07/01/2019 until assuming 12/31/2019 because of the “Like “*2019” that they added.
Just wondering how would I change this so it returns everything between 07/01/2019 and today’s date?? I tried your between formula and it didn’t work.
    Thanks in advance!!

I need your help, if I have a table with data entry form. This table contains fields (Order date, Total cost, first payment, second payment, Rest and paid date). Rest= Total cost - first payment - second payment. what I need is to have the paid date (now date when the order is paid) filled automatically under only two conditions, when the Total cost > 0 and Rest =0 (which means that the order is paid). Also how to prevent order modification after it is paid. Would you help me with that , please.
