Whenever I watch you work, Dr. Doug, I can sense that you 'see' your client's entire bone structure, tendons and muscles. In this instance, Mr. Jenkins seems to have a similar understanding of how our bodies work. Fascinating! Thanks for sharing.

Wow, that last tailbone stretching is what I need. 7 months of bedrest during my pregnancy years destroyed my mobility especially with atrophied hips. I'm better now but there is always this tightness and it builds tension in my calves. Great video. 👍

250lb and a 29in waist, when he was "super huge"? That doesn't make any sense to me… when I was down to 180ish, I still had around a 39in waist. I can't figure out how he could be that much heavier but also that much smaller. FWIW when I was down at that weight my body fat was low enough (I don't know a percent) that I couldn't passively float in water, I had to actively tread to stay afloat and could just stand on the bottom if I wanted to.
@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro I also noticed why you maybe hesitate to visit a gonstead.. They do not fix everything in one session whilst this may not be the truth for all cases.. It's because of their doctrine, to fix ONLY the subluxated/stuck part of any body joint.. ;)
