Please stop this specious review of this no-case. The recitation concerning jury deliberation, by the nice, soft spoken lady, sounds like chapter right out of a text book of a first year law school book, nothing more. While she would get an 'A' if this was a pop quiz, such academic commentary completely overlooks the fact that the state court has no subject matter jurisdiction over questions surrounding the U.S. Code, the federal government has exclusive jurisdiction, and; the statute of limitations governing the alleged misdemeanor has expired. Any first year law student knows that any and all orders, or judgments made by a court lacking subject matter jurisdiction are, "void ab initio." In addition a judge who proceeds without subject matter jurisdiction loses their absolute judicial immunity from suit.
It is mind blowing that not a single jurist has made this clear to the spectators; even more mind blowing is the apparent failure of Trump's legal team to file a Demand to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction in the first instance!? Regardless, it is of no moment what the jury decides because the proceedings remain void ab initio. This case is a gigantic waste of time and resources.
They have the verbatim transcripts of the tapes. Unless they can't read there's no reason for them to have the tapes. Who needs them Lauren Boebert?

Let's HEAR him answer the questions. Tone and inflection are two things a transcript won't show. Also, a transcript won't show how long he took to answer tough questions...like what day is it!
