This is a great example how young people in HK got misled by the PhD. status quo -- the guy said "Murphy's law is based on statistics and or bad luck ?". We have been in the big data era for over 10 years, these people in HK still speak high on the Richard Koch's 80/20 principle, a qualitative dart throwing number at max. The man said he "kinda trust God" and he poised as a life coach? Hmmmmm
Unfortunately, statistically speaking, 80-20 principle still stands and so does Murphy's law. Do you know why Mr. Smart ass? Humans are prone to errors and similar patterns of behaviors.
