    we have gotten this lumina tip replaced from the previous version black tip and we are not happy. saliva still slows everything done. on this video you scan on a dry model and even with that it doesn't capture everything in one shot. the itero claims we can capture distal portions of the farthest molars by tipping the angle from occlusal but honestly you would have to break patients jaw to open that wide to make it happen. The autocleanup and turning it off for lower jaw dentures scan is not an option for me because it is not capturing vestibule completely. Primescan is still the fastest and more precise. I think Lumina could have def better design.

    Trios still a superior scanner, plus trios no need to use the stupid disposable covers

      It's not stupid covers, these are disposable sleeves for 1 time use to maintain the proper hygiene as per standards.

      how does trios complies with OSHA then? (I never used trios)
