This really is the gimmick that just keeps giving.
And if it someday gets old and boring, somehow?
Well, I doubt I'd ever be able to truly quit the gimmick, given it just boils down to being a fun playstyle.

I personally play pacifist spy with the red tape recorder. The goal isn't to outright destroy the building, it's to get the engi paranoid beyond recognition. I also spam voice lines at the engi for extra paranoia.

I love how Pacifist Spy forces the user to focus less on getting those kills and quickly dying afterwards, and instead on *messing with the enemy team's heads.* It doesn't show up on the leaderboards but can be a lethal distraction

Something just as fun is being undisguised and just creepily looming somewhere until someone sees you and you cloak out of sight. Done this as an Observer Spy recently and was pretty fun. Had a Demoman chase me for quite a while before my Cloak and Dagger cloak ran out in front of some players and I kill binded. I guess that's the thing about 'Pacifist Spy' is that trolling players into high paranoia is just fun. Even more if you manage to semi-reliably evade your hunters.

I think the only reason why the spy backstabb one shots everyone is: 1- he aims for the back of the neck, 2- he aims straight for the spine, 3- he somehow stabbs the victim heart by behind

You would have to either have super strong arms or you can perfectly guess where the right spot to backstab is, since butterknives have a VERY hard time going thru bone

I've always assumed he stabs them in-between the vertebrae. Like, if you stab someone in the neck, and sever the spine, they're basically paralyzed from the neck down. In reality, while this technically wouldn't kill them, it would incapacitate them, and being immobilized on a battlefield is a death sentence anyway. I think it only kills you instantly in-game, because playing as someone who just got stabbed like that is basically the equivalent to being ragdoll'd, which would be frustrating as hell.
I mean, if your character got stuck like that, you'd just want to respawn with all your health and ammo intact anyway, so the game expedites that process.

Another fun way to play this style is finding a rotation of health/ammo spawns to target and then yoinking them out from under low enemies.
Burning scout? They watch the health and ammo poof in front of them. Etc etc. Since you can always pick up resources while disguised and through cloak
