1.what are common causes of congenital aneurysms?
2.did saccular aneurysms contain thrombus too?

Hello, I was diagnosed with a small artial septal aneurysm ,but with a normal echocardiogram, they said it was congenital. I'm not sure exactly what it means. Can it rupture? Is there anything I can do? They said to come back in 3 to 6 years to have it checked again.
