They seemed to have vanished, because stupid Google got greedy and messed up their news archive search (so many articles on old history) in the early 2010s. So much info on her recording work existed, but now untraceable. The song was mastered in May 2000, being "surrendered" on the 12th and released to radio on May 23rd. They definitely reference an artist's multitracks for live performances and use backing vocals from them.
