basically yea. there is way too much open water this year so they don't really feel like migrating

Wouldn’t Godwin’s white beard flare the ducks? Or do you think it doesn’t really matter? I’ve seen other videos of yalls where y’all have face paint and all.
Just trying to learn. It seems a lot of people think you have to be all camo’d out.
it will flair them if it stands out i’m pretty sure he does a good job keeping it hid behind brush or a tree but movement is the main thing that will get you
@@reesehowell1289 True, I was just wondering how he hides it. And like you stated, just staying still would help. Just some people think you have to have camo all over and camo all over your face.
You want to know where all the ducks are I know where if you can get a hunting spot near a grain elevator you will see millions of ducks trust me I work on chs grain elevator in belle chase la it is slammed qith ducks everywhere
Basil and sage t bone 2tbs dried basil and sage equal parts 1tsp kosher salt and black pepper equal parts rub steak all over wrap in Plastic wrap fridge overnight then grill

Warmer weather, not much water. Been a little slower duck season in Arkansas this year so far

Mallard population is way down time to shorten the season and drop the limits
Or push the states reps to do more about conservation and habitat
They aren’t migrating due to weather. It’s an “el niño” year. It is what it is. Nothing to do with population.
@TexasRedneck exactly, the north still hasn't had a hard freeze. Plus I've seen over 300 blue bills and ringnecks fly in one sitting 2 weeks ago in florida. Not local birds so they had to come from somewhere
