Hi! It depends on where you are planning to go. Like Istanbul Cappadocia or Antalya. Turkey is vast so the climatic conditions will be different in each region. In Istanbul, the temp is cold around 8 to 12 degrees. There may be snowfall also. In Cappadocia, it’s freezing -2 to 6 degrees.
