Not sure about the name of the band but Hey! I fully expected this to be a vocal version of the Brilliant Japanese guitarist Masayoshi Takanaka's instrumental of the same name - but it's not! Also the singer and guitarist look like they could be the same guy, who Knows? Who Cares? LOL.
