Hey, started leveling this build and really enjoying the progression and unlocking of all the procs the build utilizes. I am curious tho as to why you choose to use the ranged mana strike. I have no problem with that choice and I'm not saying we shouldn't use it, I was just interested in your reasoning behind the choice and if there's like any interactions/synergies I'm missing. Thanks for the build and hope you are well!!
it just helps with paying frost claw's cost. without mana strike the mana would run out, even if were not committing too much into the mana gain, if you lock in just using frost claw youll notice you regularly blow through your mana. overall mana strike just feels good. also if u read fragment of the enigma it says "spark charges deal more damage when applied with melee hits" so it helps to have an attack skill to get more damage from those. we use ranged over just regular melee mana strike for quality of life and to stay out of harms way easier.
@@Bikespokes Gotcha, and I was asking in terms of ranged vs melee mana strike. I had a feeling it was for the bit of safety in the form of being at range but I wanted to confirm in case there was something I had overlooked. Thanks for the quick reply!
I saw your build and I decided to try it as my first character in LE because I love autocasters (I've played a lot of characters like that back in Ragnarok Online, and my favorite archetype in PoE is the CoC Cyclone/Lancing Steel build). Even without being able to cast Lightning Blast yet, it has been amazing! One question: do you think that going for Mana Storm and Explosive Flurry (on Mana Strike) would be worth taking 3 points from elsewhere? Thanks!
what corruption are you pushing this to? I am right around 350-400, feels like it's about the same more or less.. only have 1 red ring. maybe a bit more dmg, definitely quite a bit less armor
@@Bikespokes Какие преимущества для данного билда имеет выбор специализации - Spellblade? Не будет ли лучше выбрать специализацией Runemaster? Спасибо.
this is my first time playing the game and I wanted to try your build. I dont get why we skill into lightning strike when you dont even have it on your hotbar?
So if you look at his skills, he specs into a node in Frost Claw that makes him cast Frost Claw when he attacks with a melee skill. In this case, it's Mana Strike. Then, the weapon he uses autocasts Lightning Strike when he casts Frost Claw. So it's like a trigger on a trigger. Mana Strike -> Frost Claw -> Lightning Strike. That's why the latter two skills don't need to be on your hotbar.
I commend you for trying but the build seems lacking. I think you should re do it and get rid of the crit and go full DoT dmg. Also you get - points for having a furry in the corner

i was able to get it to 500 before its started getting hard. afterwards it was really feeling capped out.
I love ravenous void and aurora's too for bossing. My monos aren't quite high enough yet to need those outside bosses though.
can you share your loot filter?
Compare this to shatter strike build, which one is better ?
Can this build work with dual wielding swords? or just a sword in the offhand?
YES ! i was waiting for this
- first
Wow, what cool items!
Hello.
Tell me, what are the advantages of spellblade-mage versus spellblade-runemaster?
And thank you for this build.
im not sure i understand your question. we select spellblade but we put points in all 3 trees

i would put the 2 extra points in attack speed in mana strike, you dont need more mana
transitioning from shatter strike build... is this build only good against bosses? or good against big mobs too ?
it can push 500 corruption. its good all around but definitely doesnt have an infinite ceiling like some of these rogue and warlock builds
playing same build but with harbringer of stars xD and its insane how meteors fall
why dont you put any points into spell damage or get gear with spell damage?
do you think a low life variant of this build could work??
and if so, any replacements.. was thinking swap time glass for a good rolled exalted ammy

@@ReinLie ahh got it. So the weapon is essential to the build.
Should mention on the title the requirement from the dagger for the build not hitting like a wet noodle.
how do we trigger Frost Claw? Just 30% from tree?
Attack speed.

Loot filter?
