    I like the leather couch, with ice fishing I’m sure it gets messy, easy cleanup with leather.

    What a great build - that is really one of the best 6x10 shacks I’ve ever seen - homemade or manufactured. I wish you had one of those start to finish build videos. Outstanding job!

    Lots of really good ideas to keep it light weight bad more portable. Would like to see a short video on loading and unloading the 4 wheeler into your shack for transport

      I use a pre packed hub as my spare mount on all my trailers ive fabricated.

    Nice shack man! I have a 6 1/2' x 10' with a 3' V Ice Castle and you have way more storage with your layout. That entire setup is impressive for moving around and being stealthy.

      They slide into the axle arms. Its a Miltona Blacksmith frame.

      They are made by ultra fab. They were much, Much cheaper when I bought them. Now I think its much more affordable to use Hydraulic jacks. ultra-fab.com/product/phoenix-4000-electric-tongue-jack-2-25-tube-4000-lb-capacity/

    I want to build a 12' or 14' model so I can get a snowmobile in and out.
    Where did you get your rear door, diamond plate and interior wall from?
    What was under the canvas, foam and 2x3"s?

      I got the door & diamond plate from Miltona Blacksmith. lower plywood is from menards I just stained and cleared it. Yes under the canvas is 2" foam and 2x3's.

    I always run 1 extra hole than ill fish in up front and never drill it. Its my fridge so i dont need to ho in and out to a cooler or have one inside

    Hello - I know this video is a 1year old already. Love the Diesel heater out outside - interested in how you ran exhaust / intake as it appears would be stilling on the ice. Any info on that would be much appreciated. Thanks

      The exhaust pipe goes through a hole in the lower corner of the box. It sits around 5 inches from the ice. I use a battery box vent cover to let fresh air into the box for the air intake.

    I noticed the bait feeder reels you have on your rods. I have both Ceymar and Avenger as well...which do you like better? I'm considering returning one...I'm wondering if you have the same experience as me or if I got a factory reject. Thanks!

    What diesel heat are you running? and what is the aftermarket thermostat comtroller?

      Its a vevor 5kw heater with The afterburner controller.

      I have 2 DYI lithium batteries. They power a 2000w inverter. The inverter powers the AC components.

      Mine is a polaris 570. With tracks it has plenty of power but if you tried on wheels I would recommend a lifted 800

      A generator if I had to but I usually don’t get to stay on the ice over a week.
