Fun fact, research shows that kids that are not forced to eat. Foods are often more open to trying and end up liking foods which to simplify that just means that if you don’t force your kids of some thing and you only ask them to eat a bite they’re gonna be more likely to try foods in the future and they will be more likely to actually enjoy them because they won’t be forced. Eat them delete them when they feel like they’re ready and ultimately kids that are not forced also to eat fruits and vegetables, all the time, actually make more of a smarter choice and eat more fruits and extra bowls because I’m not being forced to eat Just healthy stuff and I like that Tiffany gives them so many options and she encourages as much as she can for them to make healthy choices but she never forces them to eat anything and a lot more people need to maybe look into doing that
