"simplifies a complex conversation experience" (vs a phone call or simple form/shopify?). I get it, and understand the concept... but at what point is this making it more confusing for the average shop front / dog groomer. vs just chatting with your customer (and building a relationship and return business/loyalty) ? Am I missing something?

Does Dialogflow CX provide any template for transitions of pages ?
